Claims (31)
- 바이오매스의 가공처리 방법으로서,
바이오매스의 난분해성(recalcitrance)을 저감시켜 밀도는 낮춤으로써, 더 낮은 밀도의 바이오매스를 생성하는 단계; 및
상기 더 낮은 밀도의 바이오매스에 1개 이상의 제트 믹서를 적용하면서 상기 더 낮은 밀도의 바이오매스를 용기 속에서 습식 밀링(wet milling)함으로써, 습식 밀링된 바이오매스를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는, 바이오매스의 가공처리 방법으로서,
상기 습식 밀링은 1개 이상의 제트 믹서 및 1개 이상의 습식 밀을 포함하는 습식 밀링 시스템을 이용해서 수행되되, 1개 이상의 제트 헤드 및 1개 이상의 습식 밀링 헤드는 상기 용기 내에 배치되고, 상기 용기는 상기 더 낮은 밀도의 바이오매스가 분산된 유체를 수용하는, 바이오매스의 가공처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이오매스의 난분해성을 저감시키는 것은 조사(irradiation), 초음파처리, 산화, 열분해 및 증기 폭발(steam explosion) 중 하나 이상에 의한 것인, 바이오매스의 가공처리 방법.
