Claims (11)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질.

Li1+mNi1-w-x-y-zCowMnxM1yM2zO2-pXp
(상기 화학식 1에서,
M1 및 M2는 서로 상이하며, 각각 Al, Mg, Zr, Sn, Ca, Ge, Ti, Cr, Fe, Zn, Y, Ba, La, Ce, Sm, Gd, Yb, Sr, Cu 및 Ga으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 원소이고,
X는 F, N, S, 및 P으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 원소이며,
w, x, y, z, p 및 m은 각각 0.125<w<0.202, 0.153<x<0.225, 0≤y≤0.1, 0≤z≤0.1, 0.351≤w+x≤0.354, 1.01≤x/w≤1.36, 0≤p≤0.1, -0.1≤m≤0.2이다.) - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질의 표면에 잔류하는 Li량은 5000ppm 내지 12000ppm인 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질의 1차 입자의 평균 입경은 0.1㎛ 내지 1㎛인 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질은 2차 입자이고,
상기 2차 입자의 D50 입경은 7㎛ 내지 15㎛인 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질. - 니켈 원료 물질, 코발트 원료 물질, 망간 원료 물질 및 이종 원소 원료 물질을 공침 반응시켜 전구체를 수득하는 단계; 및
상기 전구체 및 리튬 원료 물질을 혼합 후 소성하여 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 양극 활물질을 수득하는 단계;를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질 제조방법.

(상기 화학식 1에서,
M1 및 M2는 서로 상이하며, 각각 Al, Mg, Zr, Sn, Ca, Ge, Ti, Cr, Fe, Zn, Y, Ba, La, Ce, Sm, Gd, Yb, Sr, Cu 및 Ga으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 원소이고,
X는 F, N, S, 및 P으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 원소이며,
w, x, y, z, p 및 m은 각각 0.125<w<0.202, 0.153<x<0.225, 0≤y≤0.1, 0≤z≤0.1, 0.351≤w+x≤0.354, 1.01≤x/w≤1.36, 0≤p≤0.1, -0.1≤m≤0.2이다.) - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질을 수득하는 단계에서는,
상기 혼합된 전구체 및 리튬 원료 물질을 700℃ 내지 900℃에서 소성한 다음 열처리하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질을 수득하는 단계에서,
열처리 온도는 250℃ 내지 350℃인 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질을 수득하는 단계에서,
열처리 온도는 280℃ 내지 320℃인 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질 제조방법. - 양극;
음극; 및
전해질;을 포함하고,
상기 양극은 제1항, 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나에 따른 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지.
