도 2는 본 발명의 전자 팽창 밸브의 구조를 나타내는 개략도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 전자 팽창 밸브의 소음 감소 컴포넌트의 제 1 실시 예의 구조를 나타내는 개략도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 전자 팽창 밸브의 소음 감소 컴포넌트의 제 2 실시 예의 구조를 나타내는 개략도이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 전자 팽창 밸브의 소음 감소 컴포넌트의 제 3 실시 예의 구조를 나타내는 개략도이다.
Claims (6)
- 밸브 시트(1);
상기 밸브 시트(1)에 배치된 너트(2); 및
나사 산을 통해 상기 너트(2)와 협동하는 스크류 로드(4)를 포함하고,
마그네틱 로터(5)의 회전과 함께, 상기 스크류 로드(4)는 전자 팽창 밸브의 밸브 포트의 유량을 조절하는 밸브 니들(3)을 구동하고,
상기 너트(2)에는 너트 가이딩 섹션(22)이 제공되고, 상기 스크류 로드(4)에는 상기 너트 가이딩 섹션(22)과 협동하는 스크류 로드 가이딩 섹션(42)이 제공되고, 상기 너트(2)의 상기 너트 가이딩 섹션(22)에 근접한 단부에는 슬리브 링(9)에 의해 고정되는 소음 감소 컴포넌트(8)가 제공되고,
상기 슬리브 링(9)은 원통형이고, 억지 끼워 맞춤에 의해 상기 너트(2)에 고정되고, 상기 소음 감소 컴포넌트(8)는 상기 슬리브 링(9)에 둘러싸이고,
상기 슬리브 링(9) 및 상기 너트(2) 사이의 거리는 상기 소음 감소 컴포넌트(8)의 높이보다 약간 큰 전자 팽창 밸브.

상기 소음 감소 컴포넌트(8)의 내주 및 상기 스크류 로드(4) 사이에 억지 끼워 맞춤이 형성되는 전자 팽창 밸브.
