Claims (6)
- 판상의 플레이트가 통 형상으로 벤딩되어 그 내부에 와이어 접속공간을 형성하고, 전방에는 와이어 삽입구를 제공하면서 기판에 실장되며,
상기 기판에 실장되는 마운팅 플레이트;
상기 마운팅 플레이트의 단부가 상측으로 벤딩되는 제1 지지 플레이트;
상기 제1 지지 플레이트의 단부에서 상기 마운팅 플레이트와 마주하도록 벤딩되고, 단부가 상기 마운팅 플레이트의 단부에 비하여 후방으로 후퇴되는 회피 홈을 갖는 픽업 플레이트;
상기 픽업 플레이트의 단부에서 상기 제1 지지 플레이트와 마주하도록 벤딩되면서 단부가 기판에 실장되는 제2 지지 플레이트;
상기 제1 지지 플레이트 및 상기 제2 지지 플레이트의 후방 단부에서 상기 와이어 접속공간으로 벤딩되어 상기 와이어 접속공간으로 삽입되는 와이어를 접속시키는 접속 플레이트; 및
상기 마운팅 플레이트의 후방 단부가 상측으로 벤딩되어 상기 와이어의 과삽입을 저지하는 차단 플레이트;를 포함하되,
상기 차단 플레이트의 상측 단부는 전면으로 벤딩되면서 상기 와이어 접속공간을 차폐하는 차폐벽을 형성하고, 상기 차폐벽은 와이어의 접속상태를 확인하기 위하여 와이어 접속위치에 관통구를 형성하는 포크인 커넥터. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 지지 플레이트는,
단부가 상기 마운팅 플레이트 방향으로 벤딩되는 마운팅 단자를 형성하고, 상기 마운팅 단자가 기판에 실장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포크인 커넥터. - 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접속 플레이트는,
상기 제1 지지 플레이트 및 상기 제2 지지 플레이트의 후방 단부에서 벤딩되는 탄성부와, 상기 탄성부의 단부에서 벤딩되는 클램핑부를 포함하는 2단 벤딩 구조를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 포크인 커넥터. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 탄성부와 상기 클램핑부는 연결부를 매개로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포크인 커넥터.
