Claims (15)
- 사용자에게 발생된 에어로졸의 구강 또는 비강 전달을 위해 구성된 에어로졸-발생 시스템으로, 시스템이:
에어로졸을 발생시키기 위해 에어로졸-형성 기질을 가열하도록 구성된 히터 엘리먼트와;
히터 엘리먼트에 연결된 전원;
히터 엘리먼트 및 전원에 연결되되, 히터 엘리먼트의 동작을 제어하도록 구성되고, 히터 엘리먼트를 지나는 공기 흐름에서 변화를 검출하기 위한 수단을 포함하거나 수단에 연결되는, 콘트롤러;
히터 엘리먼트를 지나는 공기 흐름의 검출된 변화 및 히터 엘리먼트의 동작에 관련되는 데이터를 기록하기 위해 콘트롤러에 연결된 제1 데이터 저장 수단;
공기 흐름의 변화 및 사용자에게 전달된 에어로졸의 특성에 대한 히터 엘리먼트의 동작에 관련되는 데이터와 관련되는 데이터베이스를 포함하는 제2 데이터 저장 수단; 및
사용자에게 전달된 에어로졸의 특성을 표시하기 위해 제2 데이터 저장 수단에 결합된 표시 수단;을 구비하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로졸-발생 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
콘트롤러가 목표 온도로 히터 엘리먼트를 유지하기 위해 전원으로부터 히터 엘리먼트에 공급된 전력을 제어하도록 구성되고, 히터 엘리먼트를 지나는 공기 흐름에서 변화를 검출하기 위해 히터 엘리먼트의 온도의 변화 또는 히터 엘리먼트에 공급된 전력의 변화를 모니터하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로졸-발생 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
콘트롤러가 히터 엘리먼트에 근접하는 에어로졸-형성 기질의 존재 또는 히터 엘리먼트에 근접하는 에어로졸-형성 기질의 재료 특성을 검출하기 위해 전원으로부터 히터 엘리먼트에 공급된 전력 또는 히터 엘리먼트에 공급된 에너지의 측정을 전력 또는 에너지의 임계값 측정에 비교하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로졸-발생 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
데이터베이스가 특정 형태의 에어로졸-형성 기질에 대해 특정되는 데이터를 구비하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로졸-발생 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,
장치에 수용된 에어로졸-형성 기질을 식별하기 위한 식별 수단 또는 소비자가 장치에 수용된 에어로졸-형성 기질을 식별하는 데이터를 입력할 수 있도록 구성된 사용자 인터페이스를 더 구비하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로졸-발생 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
에어로졸-형성 기질의 동작과 관련되는 데이터는 히터 엘리먼트의 온도 또는 히터 엘리먼트에 공급된 전력을 구비하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로졸-발생 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
하우징을 구비하여 구성되고, 제2 데이터 저장 수단 또는 디스플레이, 또는 제2 데이터 저장 수단 및 디스플레이 양쪽은 히터 엘리먼트 및 전원 중 적어도 하나와 함께 하우징 내에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로졸-발생 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
시스템이 에어로졸-발생 장치와 에어로졸-발생 장치가 직접 또는 간접적으로 결합될 수 있는 하나 이상의 2차 장치를 구비하여 구성되고, 제2 데이터 저장 수단 및 디스플레이가 하나 이상의 2차 장치의 부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로졸-발생 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서,
2차 장치가 에어로졸-발생 장치에서 전원을 보충하도록 구성된 충전 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로졸-발생 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
사용자에게 전달된 에어로졸의 특성이 특정 화학적 화합물의 양을 구비하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로졸-발생 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
시스템이 전기적 흡연 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로졸-발생 시스템.
- 히터 엘리먼트 및 히터 엘리먼트에 전력을 공급하기 위한 전원 공급기와, 히터 엘리먼트를 지나는 공기 흐름에서 변화를 검출하기 위한 수단을 구비하여 구성되는 전기적으로 가열되는 에어로졸-발생 장치의 최종 사용자에게 에어로졸 전달 데이터를 제공하는 방법으로,
히터 엘리먼트를 지나는 공기 흐름에서 검출된 변화와 히터 엘리먼트의 동작에 관한 데이터를 제1 데이터베이스에 기록하는 단계와;
공기 흐름의 검출된 변화 및 제1 데이터베이스로부터 히터 엘리먼트의 동작에 관한 데이터를 기초로, 사용자에게 전달된 에어로졸의 특성을, 공기 흐름의 변화 및 사용자에게 전달된 에어로졸의 특성에 대한 히터 엘리먼트의 동작에 관련되는 데이터와 관련되는 제2 데이터베이스로부터 추출하는 단계; 및
사용자에게 전달된 에어로졸의 추출된 특성을 표시하는 단계;를 갖추어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기적으로 가열되는 에어로졸-발생 장치의 최종 사용자에게 에어로졸 전달 데이터를 제공하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
장치에 수용된 에어로졸-형성 기질의 적어도 하나의 특징을 검출 또는 제공하는 단계를 더 갖추어 이루어지고, 추출하는 단계가 또한 장치에 수용된 에어로졸-형성 기질의 적어도 하나의 특징을 기초로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기적으로 가열되는 에어로졸-발생 장치의 최종 사용자에게 에어로졸 전달 데이터를 제공하는 방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서,
사용자에게 전달된 에어로졸의 추출된 특성이 특정 화학적 화합물의 양을 구비하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기적으로 가열되는 에어로졸-발생 장치의 최종 사용자에게 에어로졸 전달 데이터를 제공하는 방법.
