Claims (9)
- 내연기관 내로 연료를 계량하는 장치로서, 유동 채널(13) 및 상기 유동 채널(13)과 연결된 적어도 하나의 배출구(14)를 구비한 연료 분배기(11); 상기 연료 분배기(11)에 연결되며, 연료를 계량하기 위해 사용되고, 상기 배출구(14)에 장착되는 연결부(15)를 구비한 밸브(12); 및 상기 연결부(15) 및 상기 배출구(14)의 장착 영역에서 상기 연료 분배기(11)와 상기 밸브(12)를 서로 압력 밀봉 방식으로 연결하는 연결 수단;을 포함하는 연료 계량 장치에 있어서,
상기 연결 수단은 배출구(14)를 둘러싸는 시트면(22); 상기 시트면(22)에 놓인 헤드면(231) 및 언더컷(232)을 구비하며 상기 연결부(15)에 형성된 연결 헤드(23); 상기 연료 분배기(11)에 고정된 고정 나사(27)용의 적어도 하나의 나사 홀(26)을 구비하며 상기 언더컷(232)에 맞물리는 플랜지 부재(24); 및 상기 밸브(12)에 고정된 수용 부재(25)를 포함하고, 상기 수용 부재 내에 플랜지 부재(24)가 고정 나사(27)와 관련해서 정확히 위치 설정된 나사 홀(26)과 형상 끼워맞춤 방식으로 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 계량 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지 부재(24)는 상기 수용 부재(25) 내로 록킹되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 계량 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지 부재(24)는 플랫 부품이고, 상기 수용 부재(25)는 상기 플랜지 부재(24)용의 적어도 하나의 지지면(28), 및 상기 플랜지 부재(24)와 맞물리는 다수의 록킹 후크(29)를 포함하고, 상기 록킹 후크(29)는 상기 적어도 하나의 지지면(28)으로부터 축 방향으로 돌출하는 후크 베이스(291) 및 상기 후크 베이스(291)로부터 방사방향 내부로 돌출하는 록킹 노우즈(292)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 계량 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 후크 베이스(291)와 상기 플랜지 부재(24) 사이에 상기 플랜지 부재(24)를 위치 설정하는 형상 끼워맞춤이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 계량 장치.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지 부재(24)는 밸브 축에 대해 거울 대칭으로 형성되며, 직경방향으로 배치된 2개의 지지면(28), 통과 홀(30) 내에 형성되며 상기 연결 헤드(23) 상의 상기 언더컷(232)에 대응하는 압착면(32)을 구비한 상기 연결부(15)를 위한 중앙 통과 홀(30) 및 직경방향으로 배치된 2개의 나사 홀(26)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 계량 장치.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지 부재(24)는 포크형으로 형성되며, 상기 연결부(15)를 둘러싸는 2개의 포크 암들(241, 242), 및 상기 포크 암들(241, 242)을 서로 연결하는 포크 백(243)을 포함하고, 상기 포크 암들(241, 242)은 각각 상기 연결 헤드(23)의 상기 언더컷(232)과 맞물리는 압착면(321 또는 322)을 포함하고, 상기 포크 백(243) 내에는 나사 홀(26)이 형성되고, 상기 수용 부재(25)는 포크 백(243)용의 3개의 지지면(28), 2개의 포크 암(241, 242)의 하나의 단부 및 3개의 록킹 후크(29)를 포함하고, 상기 록킹 후크들 중 각각 하나의 록킹 후크(29)는 상기 포크 백(243) 및 상기 2개의 포크 암(241, 242)의 하나의 단부와 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 계량 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수용 부재(25)는 상기 밸브(12)에 사출 성형된 플라스틱 성형부(21)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 계량 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 배출구(14) 상의 상기 시트면(22)은 원추형이고, 상기 연결 헤드(23) 상의 상기 헤드 면(231)은 구형인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 계량 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 시트면(22) 및 상기 헤드 면(231)은 금속으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 계량 장치.
