Abstract
본 발명에 따른 슬러지 연료화 시스템은 톱합과 슬러지를 혼합하여 혼합물을 생성하는 혼합부; 상기 혼합물을 제공받아 교반하는 교반부; 상기 교반부로부터 상기 혼합물을 제공받아 건조하는 건조부; 및 상기 건조부에 의해 제공되는 상기 혼합물을 압출하여 펠릿연료를 생성하는 성형부;를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 건조부는 상기 혼합물이 투입되어 이송되는 건조단; 상기 혼합물의 가열을 위한 열을 제공하는 가열원; 및 상기 건조단의 외부에 결합되고, 상기 가열원에서 발생된 열을 유지하는 가열덕트;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)
- 톱밥과 슬러지를 혼합하여 혼합물을 생성하는 혼합부;
상기 혼합물을 제공받아 교반하는 교반부;
상기 교반부로부터 상기 혼합물을 제공받아 건조하는 건조부; 및
상기 건조부에 의해 제공되는 상기 혼합물을 압출하여 펠릿연료를 생성하는 성형부;를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 건조부는
상기 혼합물이 투입되어 이송되는 건조단;
상기 혼합물의 가열을 위한 열을 제공하는 가열원; 및
상기 건조단의 외부에 결합되고, 상기 가열원에서 발생된 열을 유지하는 가열덕트;를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 가열원은 상기 가열덕트 내부에 설치되며,
상기 건조단은 복수로 구성되고,
복수의 상기 건조단 각각은 내부에 상기 혼합물의 교반 및 이송을 위한 패들부가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조장치를 포함하는 슬러지 연료화 시스템. - 삭제

상기 건조부는
복수의 상기 건조단을 각각 다른 온도로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조장치를 포함하는 슬러지 연료화 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 건조부는
상기 건조단 내부의 습기 또는 부유물을 흡입하기 위한 흡입부가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조장치를 포함하는 슬러지 연료화 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 건조단과 연통되는 흡입노즐을 구비하며, 상기 흡입노즐에 결합되어 상기 흡입노즐의 노즐 구멍에 압축공기를 분사하는 분사노즐을 구비하는 분사부를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조장치를 포함하는 슬러지 연료화 시스템.
