Abstract
Description
도 2는 육계 축사에, 일반 음용수를 투여한 대조군과 본 발명의 고농축 액상제제를 음용수에 희석시켜 투여한 시험군의 1개월 후 출하율, PEF(생산지수), 폐사율, 사료 요구율 및 수인성 질병 발생율의 변화 정도를 나타낸 그래프이다.

- 정제수에 몰리브덴산나트륨, 황산구리, 황산아연, 황산망간 및 산화셀레늄을순차적으로 첨가한 후 교반하여 미네랄 용액을 제조하는 제1단계;
상기 제1단계에서 얻은 미네랄 용액에 아미노산을 투입하여 복합이온미네랄과 아미노산의 금속 킬레이트 반응을 유도하는 제2단계 및
상기 제2단계가 진행된 용액의 상층부를 취하는 제3단계를 포함하는 보조사료 조성물의 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계의 킬레이트 반응은 24±1℃의 상온에서 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조사료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계의 아미노산은 라이신인 것을 특징으로 하는 보조사료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1단계는 몰리브덴산나트륨 0.03~0.06 중량부, 산화셀레늄 0.01~0.05 중량부, 황산아연 15~22 중량부, 황산망간 2~3 중량부 및 황산구리 0.8~1.5 중량부를 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조사료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계는 라이신을 27~35 중량부 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조사료 조성물의 제조방법.
