Abstract
본원에서 제공되는 사료첨가제는 철광석, 일메라이트, 맥반석, 견운모 중에서 선택되는 천연 광물을 100~300 매쉬(mesh) 범위의 고운 분말로 분쇄하고, 그 분말 1-15중량%에 무기산 15-30중량%와 잔량은 물로 하여 100중량%를 이룬 후, 50-80℃ 범위에서 24시간-72시간 범위로 교반하고, 여과하여 여액을 취하여 수용성 복합이온미네랄을 얻고, 상기 수용성 복합이온미네랄 100 중량부에 발효 아미노산 용액 1-15 중량부 비율로 투입하고, 온도를 40-60℃ 범위에서 0.5~2시간 범위로 반응시켜 복합이온미네랄과 발효아미노산의 금속 킬레이팅 반응을 유도한 용액에 유기산을 1-15 중량부 비율로 투입 및 용해시킨 후 수분산 나노유황 분말을 0.1-3 중량부 비율로 추가 투입하여 안정화된 수분산 나노유황 졸 용액을 얻으며, 미강이나 밀기울 중에서 선택되는 사료원료 100 중량부에 상기 수분산 나노유황 졸 용액 5-30 중량부 비율로 혼합하여 혼합물을 얻은 후 80-100℃ 범위의 건조기에서 건조하여 수분함량 10±3% 범위의 고체로 건조한 후 분쇄하여 분말(powder)로 가공되어 제공되는 사료첨가제이다.

Claims (4)
- 천연광물 추출물을 이용하여 가축의 체내 흡수성을 높이도록 제공할 수 있는 가축사료 첨가제의 제조방법에 있어서,
천연 광물을 100~300 매쉬(mesh) 범위의 고운 분말로 분쇄하고, 그 분말 1-15중량%에 무기산 15-30중량%와 잔량은 물로 하여 100중량%를 이룬 후, 50-80℃ 범위에서 24시간-72시간 범위로 교반하고, 여과하여 여액을 취하여 수용성 복합이온미네랄을 얻는 제1단계;
상기 제1단계에서 얻은 수용성 복합이온미네랄 100 중량부에 30% 아미노산 용액 1-15 중량부 비율로 투입하고, 온도를 40-60℃ 범위에서 0.5~2시간 범위로 반응시켜 복합이온미네랄과 발효아미노산의 금속 킬레이팅 반응을 유도하는 제2단계;
상기 제2단계가 진행된 용액에 유기산을 1-15 중량부 비율로 투입 및 용해하여 얻은 용액에 수분산 나노유황 분말을 0.1-3 중량부 비율로 투입하여 안정화된 수분산 나노유황 졸을 제조하는 제3단계;
미강이나 밀기울 중에서 선택되는 사료원료 100 중량부에 상기 제3단계에서 얻은 수분산 나노유황 졸 용액 5-30 중량부 비율로 혼합하여 혼합물을 얻고, 80-100℃ 범위의 건조기에서 건조하여 수분함량 10±3% 범위의 고체로 건조한 후 분쇄하여 분말(powder)로 가공되는 제4단계;
공정을 포함하여 사료첨가제를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 사료첨가제 조성물 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1단계에서 사용되는 천연광물은 라테라이트형 보크사이트계 철광석, 일메라이트, 맥반석, 견운모 중에서 선택되어 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사료첨가제 조성물 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제3단계에서 사용되는 수분산 나노유황 분말은 친유성인 법제유황을 나노 가공하여 입경 10-100nm의 분말로 가공하고, 그 입자를 친수성 고분자로 나노 코팅하여 수분산이 용이한 수분산 나노유황 분말로 사용되도록 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사료첨가제 조성물 제조방법. - 천연광물 추출물을 이용하여 가축의 체내 흡수성을 높이도록 제공되는 가축사료 첨가제에 있어서,
