Claims (8)
- 베이스 강판;
상기 베이스 강판 표면에 형성되는 하도층; 및
상기 하도층 표면에 형성되며, 표면에 양각의 요철 무늬가 형성되는 반투명 클리어층;을 포함하고,
상기 하도층은 폴리에스테르 수지 100 중량부, 에폭시 수지 5~25 중량부, 멜라민 수지 5~35 중량부 및 제1 안료 0.01~80 중량부를 포함하고,
상기 반투명 클리어층은 폴리에스테르 수지 100 중량부, 멜라민 수지 5~35 중량부, 제2 안료 0.1~15 중량부 및 무늬형성제 0.5~15 중량부를 포함하며,
상기 제1 안료는 실리카(silica)와, 카본블랙(carbonblack), 산화철(iron oxide), 산화티타늄(TiO2), 안티몬(Sb), 퀴나크리돈(quinacridone), 구리-프탈로시아닌(copper-phthalocyanine) 및 크롬(Cr) 중 하나 이상을 포함하고,
상기 제2 안료는 멀티칼라(multi color) 안료 및 산화금속이 코팅된 마이카(mica) 중 하나 이상을 포함하고,
상기 멀티칼라 안료는 산화금속이 코팅된 산화규소(SiO2), 산화티타늄(TiO2) 및 산화주석(SnO) 중 하나 이상 포함하며,
상기 무늬형성제는, 상기 반투명 클리어층의 폴리에스테르 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 제1 무늬형성제 0.1~3 중량부, 제2 무늬형성제 0.3~10 중량부 및 제3 무늬형성제 0.1~3 중량부를 포함하며,
상기 제1 무늬형성제는 아민계 화합물, 실리카 및 아크릴레이트계 화합물을 포함하고, 상기 제2 무늬형성제는 유기술폰산 화합물, 염화알루미늄(AlCl3) 및 제올라이트를 포함하고, 그리고 상기 제3 무늬형성제는 폴리올레핀 왁스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라강판.

상기 제2 안료는, 폴리에스테르 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 산화금속이 코팅된 산화규소(SiO2) 0.1~13 중량부 및 산화금속이 코팅된 마이카(mica) 0.1~3 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라강판.
- 베이스 강판 표면에 하도층 형성제를 도포 및 건조하여 하도층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 하도층 표면에 반투명 클리어층 형성제를 도포 및 건조하여, 표면에 양각의 요철 무늬가 형성되는 반투명 클리어층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 하도층 형성제는 폴리에스테르 수지 100 중량부, 에폭시 수지 5~25 중량부, 멜라민 수지 5~35 중량부, 제1 안료 0.01~80 중량부 및 용제 20~90 중량부를 포함하고,
상기 반투명 클리어층 형성제는 폴리에스테르 수지 100 중량부, 멜라민 수지 5~35 중량부, 제2 안료 0.1~15 중량부, 무늬형성제 0.5~15 중량부 및 용제 30~100 중량부를 포함하며,
상기 제1 안료는 실리카(silica)와, 카본블랙(carbonblack), 산화철(iron oxide), 산화티타늄(TiO2), 안티몬(Sb), 퀴나크리돈(quinacridone), 구리-프탈로시아닌(copper-phthalocyanine) 및 크롬(Cr) 중 하나 이상을 포함하고,
상기 제2 안료는 멀티칼라(multi color) 안료 및 산화금속이 코팅된 마이카(mica) 중 하나 이상을 포함하고,
상기 멀티칼라 안료는 산화금속이 코팅된 산화규소(SiO2), 산화티타늄(TiO2) 및 산화주석(SnO) 중 하나 이상 포함하며,
상기 무늬형성제는 상기 반투명 클리어층 형성제의 폴리에스테르 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 제1 무늬형성제 0.1~3 중량부, 제2 무늬형성제 0.3~10 중량부 및 제3 무늬형성제 0.1~3 중량부를 포함하며,
상기 제1 무늬형성제는 아민계 화합물, 실리카 및 아크릴레이트계 화합물을 포함하고, 상기 제2 무늬형성제는 유기술폰산 화합물, 염화알루미늄 및 제올라이트를 포함하고, 그리고, 상기 제3 무늬형성제는 폴리올레핀 왁스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라강판 제조방법.

상기 하도층 형성제는 점도: 100~120 m2/sec, 고형분 함량: 56~62 중량% 및 비중: 1.0~1.2 이며,
상기 반투명 클리어층 형성제는 점도: 100~120 m2/sec, 고형분 함량: 56~65 중량% 및 비중: 1.1~1.3 인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라강판 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 반투명 클리어층은, 상기 도포된 반투명 클리어층 형성제를 PMT(Peak Metal Temperature) 210~240℃에서 20~50초 동안 건조하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라강판 제조방법.
