Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 점진적인 무기물 농도를 갖는 이중층 구조의 조직 재생용 지지체의 SEM(Scanning Electronic Microscope)사진을 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 조직 재생용 지지체의 층별 Ca 함량을 측정한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.

- (a) 생체적합성 고분자로서 폴리-ε-(카프로락톤)(PCL), 미네랄 성분으로서 트리칼슘포스페이트(TCP) 및 유기용매를 혼합하여 고분자 용액을 제조하는 단계;
(b) 상기 (a)단계에서 얻은 고분자 용액을 원심분리하여 고분자 용액에서 미네랄 성분이 점진적으로 분포할 수 있도록 형성하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 (b)단계에서 얻은 고분자 용액을 전기 방사하여 미네랄 성분의 농도가 점진적으로 분포한 지지체를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 이중층 구조의 조직 재생용 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 (c)단계의 전기방사는 7.5 ~ 30kV의 적용전압에서 주사바늘기를 이용하여 방사부와 적층부 간의 거리를 3.0 ~ 15cm로 이격하고, 고분자 용액의 유속을 분당 0.0001 ~ 1㎖로 하여 수행하는 것인, 이중층 구조의 조직 재생용 조성물의 제조방법.
