Claims (4)
- 컨테이너(20) 내부에 생육대(100)를 배치하는 버섯재배장치에 있어서,
컨테이너(20)의 내부에 안내봉(140)을 부착하고, 상기 생육대(100)에 안내봉(140) 상을 좌우 방향으로 활주하는 가이드레일(150)을 취부하여, 생육대(100)가 컨테이너 내부에서 이동가능하게 설치되고,
상기 생육대(100)는, 한 쌍의 세로바(110)들이 일정한 간격을 이루고 수직하게 설치되고, 상기 세로바(110)들의 사이를 수평하게 연결하는 연결바(130)가 구비되고, 상기 연결바(130)에 한 쌍의 가로바(120)를 거치시켜 구성되고,
상기 가이드레일(150)은, 상기 세로바(110) 상에 평판 형상의 플레이트(151)를 고정시키고 상기 플레이트(151)에 안내봉(140)의 외주면을 활주하는 휠(152)을 설치하여 구성되고,
상기 컨테이너(20)의 내부 공간에 바닥면(23)으로부터 수직하게 연장된 구획벽(60)이 형성되고, 상기 구획벽(60)에 의하여 버섯을 생육하는 생육실(30)과 제어반(200)이 설치된 제어실(40)로 구분되며,
상기 제어반(200)은 버섯재배를 위한 조명기기(221)와, 수분공급기(241), 가열기기(231), 온도 센서(232), 습도 센서(242), 광량 센서(222), 이산화탄소센서(251)로부터 센싱 값을 전달받아, 광량조절부(220), 온도제어부(230), 습도제어부(240), 이산화탄소제어부(250) 및 환풍기(280)의 작동을 제어하는 중앙제어부(210)를 포함하고,
상기 컨테이너(20)의 천정면(27)에는 생육실(30)로 공기를 공급하는 공기공급라인(50)이 설치되고,
상기 생육대(100)의 외면에 보호제의 도포 및 경화에 의하여 구비되는 보호막을 더 포함하되,
상기 보호제는 페녹시에틸아크릴레이트 100중량부, 폴리에스테르아크릴레이트 150 ~ 250중량부, 2,4,6-트리메틸벤조일디페닐포스핀옥사이드 30 ~ 40중량부, 폴리비닐아세테이트 50 ~ 100중량부, 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온 1 ~ 5중량부, 실리카 에어로겔 25 ~ 35중량부, 3-글리시독시프로필메틸디메톡시실란 10 ~ 25중량부, 소디움실리케이트 30 ~ 50중량부, 하이드록시에틸아크릴레이트 10 ~ 70중량부, 에틸실리코네이트 30 ~ 60중량부, 에틸렌디아민테트라아세테이트 1 ~ 5중량부, 테트라에톡시실란 0.5 ~ 2.5중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯재배장치. - 삭제
