Claims (7)
- 하면부에 공기가 유동되는 공기유로가 함몰 형성된 시트패드;
판형으로 형성되고, 시트 패드의 하면부에 밀착되어 공기유로를 덮는 채널커버; 및
시트패드와 채널커버 사이에 개재되고, 시트패드의 하면부와 채널커버의 상면부에 접합되며, 공기유로와 대응되는 부분에는 관통홀이 형성된 접착부재;를 포함하고,
시트패드의 하면부에서 공기유로가 함몰되는 지점의 입구부가 라운드지게 형성됨에 따라 입구부의 폭이 공기유로의 내부 폭보다 길게 형성될 경우 관통홀의 폭은 입구부의 양끝단 폭보다 더 크게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 통풍시트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
시트패드의 공기유로는 시트패드의 하면부에서 다수의 경로로 연장되게 형성되고,
접착부재의 관통홀은 공기유로의 형상과 동일하게 연장 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 통풍시트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
관통홀의 폭은 공기유로의 폭과 동일하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 통풍시트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
접착부재는 Acrylic PSA(Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) 또는 Rubber PSA 또는 Hot Melt PSA인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 통풍시트. - 하면부에 공기가 유동되는 공기유로가 함몰 형성된 시트패드;
판형으로 형성되고, 시트 패드의 하면부에 밀착되어 공기유로를 덮는 채널커버; 및
시트패드와 채널커버 사이에 개재되고, 시트패드의 하면부와 채널커버의 상면부에 접합되며, 공기유로와 대응되는 부분에는 관통홀이 형성된 접착부재;를 포함하고,
시트패드의 하면부에서 공기유로가 함몰되는 지점의 입구부에는 공기유로의 중심을 향해 돌출된 접촉부가 형성되며,
관통홀의 폭은 접촉부 사이의 이격거리와 동일하거나 또는 더 크게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 통풍시트. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
접촉부는 시트패드의 하면부와 평면을 이루도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 통풍시트. - 삭제
