Claims (14)
- 질소와 이산화탄소를 포함하는 유체 혼합물로부터 상기 이산화탄소를 분리하는 유체 분리막으로서, 실리콘 고무를 포함하여 이루어지고, 복수의 표면 요철 및 복수의 내부 기공을 포함하되,
상기 각 내부 기공은 상기 실리콘 고무에 의해 둘러싸여 있는 폐쇄된 기공이고,
상기 유체 분리막은 두께 방향으로 일측 표면과 타측 표면을 관통하는 완전한 개방로를 구비하지 않는 유체 분리막. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 내부 기공이 차지하는 체적은 상기 유체 분리막 전체 체적의 0.1 내지 20%인 유체 분리막. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 표면 요철은 표면 요부 및 표면 철부를 포함하되,
상기 표면 철부의 배치 밀도는 상기 표면 요부의 배치 밀도보다 큰 유체 분리막. - 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 유체 분리막은 잔류 발포제 성분을 더 포함하는 유체 분리막. - 질소와 이산화탄소를 포함하는 유체 혼합물로부터 상기 이산화탄소를 분리하는 유체 분리막으로서, 실리콘 고무를 포함하여 이루어지고 복수의 표면 요철 및 복수의 내부 기공을 포함하되, 상기 각 내부 기공은 상기 실리콘 고무에 의해 둘러싸여 있는 폐쇄된 기공이고,

상기 유체 분리막은 일 방향으로 연장되고, 단면 형상이 제1 방향의 폭이 제2 방향의 폭보다 큰 폐곡선 형상을 갖되, 상기 제1 방향과 상기 제2 방향은 상호 직교하는 방향으로서, 각각 상기 유체 분리막의 연장 방향에 대해 수직한 방향이고,
상기 이격재는 폭 방향이 상기 제1 방향에 대응되도록 상기 유체 분리막의 내부에 배치되는 유체 분리 장치. - 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 내부 기공이 차지하는 체적은 상기 유체 분리막 전체 체적의 0.1 내지 20%인 유체 분리 장치. - 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 표면 요철은 표면 요부 및 표면 철부를 포함하되,
상기 표면 철부의 배치 밀도는 상기 표면 요부의 배치 밀도보다 큰 유체 분리 장치. - 제7 항에 있어서,
