Claims (11)
- 질소와 이산화탄소를 포함하는 유체 혼합물로부터 상기 이산화탄소를 분리하는 유체 분리막으로서,
두께 방향으로 개방된 복수의 개구를 포함하는 지지체부; 및
상기 개구를 향하는 상기 지지체부의 측면 상에 형성되고, 상기 개구를 채우는 분리막부를 포함하되,
상기 지지체부 사이의 상기 개구 중앙부의 상기 분리막부 두께는 상기 지지체부 주변의 상기 분리막부 두께보다 작은 유체 분리막. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 지지체부의 두께는 상기 지지체부 사이의 상기 개구 중앙부의 상기 분리막부 두께보다 두꺼운 유체 분리막. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 분리막부는 상기 지지체부의 상하면 상에 더 형성되고, 전체에 걸쳐 일체화되어 있는 유체 분리막. - 제3 항에 있어서,
상기 지지체부의 상하면 상의 상기 분리막부의 두께는 상기 지지체부 사이의 상기 개구 중앙부의 상기 분리막부 두께보다 작은 유체 분리막. - 제1 항에 있어서,

상기 박막을 응고하거나 경화시키는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 박막은 상기 개구를 향하는 상기 지지체부의 측면 상에 형성되고, 상기 지지체부 사이의 상기 개구 중앙부의 상기 박막의 두께는 상기 지지체부 주변의 상기 박막의 두께보다 작은 유체 분리막의 제조 방법. - 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 지지체부에 상기 액상의 분리막 물질을 제공하는 단계는 상기 지지체부를 상기 액상의 분리막 물질에 담그거나, 상기 지지체부에 상기 액상의 분리막 물질을 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 유체 분리막의 제조 방법. - 제9 항에 있어서,
상기 액상의 분리막 물질은 실리콘 고무를 포함하는 유체 분리막의 제조 방법. - 제9 항에 있어서,
상기 지지체부는 꼬인 그물망 구조를 갖는 유체 분리막의 제조 방법.
