Claims (18)
- 서비스 브레이크와 파킹 브레이크를 가진 차량이 자율적인 브레이크 작동에 의해 유지되는 방법으로서,
제 1 단계에서, 상기 서비스 브레이크의 작동이 수행되고,
미리 정해진 조건이 충족되는 경우에, 상기 서비스 브레이크에서 상기 파킹 브레이크로의 트랜스퍼 (transfer) 가 일어나며,
상기 트랜스퍼 동안에, 상기 파킹 브레이크의 작동과 상기 서비스 브레이크의 추가적인 작동 양자 모두가 일어나고,
상기 서비스 브레이크의 상기 추가적인 작동은 시간에 대해 미리 정해진 프로파일을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 서비스 브레이크의 상기 추가적인 작동이 적어도 부분적으로 상기 파킹 브레이크의 작동과 동시에 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 프로파일은 수학적인 함수 또는 미리 정해진 값 테이블에 따라 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 서비스 브레이크의 상기 추가적인 작동은 적어도 하나의 기간을 망라하고, 상기 기간에서 제동력이 일정 비율로 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
제 1 기간에서, 상기 제동력은 제 1 비율로 증가하고, 제 2 기간에서, 상기 제동력은 제 2 비율로 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 비율은, 상기 파킹 브레이크의 작동의 속도의 함수 및/또는 상기 트랜스퍼 전에 작용하는 상기 제동력의 함수로서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
제동력의 추가적인 작동은, 상기 서비스 브레이크에서 상기 파킹 브레이크로의 트랜스퍼 동안, 전체 제동력이 미리 정해진 정확도 내에서 일정하게 유지되도록 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 서비스 브레이크에서 상기 파킹 브레이크로의 트랜스퍼 동안, 상기 차량 및/또는 하나 이상의 바퀴들이 정지로 남는지 여부에 대한 확인이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 정지 확인은 적어도 하나의 바퀴 회전 속도 센서의 도움으로 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
엔진 점화장치의 비활성화 및 적어도 하나의 안전벨트가 풀림 및 적어도 하나의 문의 열림 및 미리 정해진 기간의 만료 중 적어도 하나가 검출되면, 상기 서비스 브레이크에서 상기 파킹 브레이크로의 트랜스퍼에 대한 상기 미리 정해진 조건이 충족되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 서비스 브레이크 및/또는 상기 파킹 브레이크의 제동력은 차량 기울기 및/또는 부하 상태의 함수에 따라 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 차량용 브레이크 시스템으로서,
운전자-독립적인 브레이크 작동을 허용하는 서비스 브레이크를 가지고,
전자적으로 작동할 수 있는 파킹 브레이크를 가지며,
상기 브레이크 시스템은 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법을 수행하기 위한 제어 유닛을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크 시스템. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 차량의 적어도 한 바퀴에서 상기 파킹 브레이크와 상기 서비스 브레이크는, 휠 브레이크들의, 바퀴에 할당된 동일한 브레이크-애플리케이션 요소 혹은 요소(들)에 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크 시스템. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 서비스 브레이크는, 상기 차량의 적어도 두 바퀴들에 유압식으로 작동되는 마찰 브레이크들을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 유압식 브레이크 회로를 가지고,
상기 차량의 적어도 하나의 바퀴는 상기 서비스 브레이크에 의해서만 브레이크될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크 시스템. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 서비스 브레이크에서 상기 파킹 브레이크로의 트랜스퍼 동안, 자율적인 압력 축적이 상기 서비스 브레이크의 적어도 하나의 유압식 브레이크 회로에서 일어나고, 적어도 하나의 유압식 브레이크 회로에서의 압력이 미리 정해진 정확도 내에서 일정하게 유지되도록 상기 자율적인 압력 축적이 제어 및/또는 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크 시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 서비스 브레이크의 상기 추가적인 작동은 추가의 자율적인 압력 축적인, 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 정지 확인은 상기 서비스 브레이크에 의해서만 브레이크된 휠에서 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 서비스 브레이크의 상기 추가적인 작동은 바퀴 회전 속도 센서의 적어도 하나의 신호 플랭크 (flank) 가 검출되었을 때 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
