Abstract
Description
상기 측면가이드의 측면에 상부가 회동 가능하게 설치되어 닭고기의 충진시에 포장지의 하부를 들어올리는 리프트장치;
상기 닭고기가 내부에 충진된 포장지의 진입을 유도하는 안내가이드가 상기 포장지의 진입이 시작되는 이전구간에 설치된 포장지진입가이드, 상기 포장지의 입구부를 회동동작으로 파지하는 그리퍼 및 상기 그리퍼를 전, 후진시키는 전후진장치를 포함하며, 포장지이송부 라인에 배치되어 상기 포장지진입가이드에 진입한 포장지의 입구부를 전후진장치와 그리퍼를 통해 잡아당기고, 닭고기는 포장지진입가이드에 막혀 포장지 안쪽으로 밀리게 하여 상기 포장지의 내부안쪽에 닭고기를 밀착시키는 원료밀착부;

Claims (8)
- 베이스프레임을 통해 형성되는 공간상에 설치되는 원료이송컨베이어에 궤도운동 가능하게 등 간격으로 설치되며, 닭고기에서 배출되는 핏물을 흡수할 수 있도록 상면에 흡수포가 구비된 원료이송컨테이너를 포함하는 원료이송부;
상기 원료이송부의 일 측면에 배치되는 포장지공급컨베이어에 궤도운동 가능하게 등 간격으로 설치되어 상면에 포장지가 적재되는 포장지적재플레이트를 포함하는 포장지이송부;
상기 원료이송부의 상부에 배치되어 원료이송컨테이너를 통해 이송되는 닭고기를 포장지에 충진시키는 실린더타입 원료충진부;
상기 포장지이송부의 상부에 전, 후진 가능하게 배치되며, 원료충진부를 통한 닭고기의 충진이 가능하도록 집게방식의 벌림 동작을 통해 포장지의 입구부를 개방하는 한 쌍의 블레이드가 구성된 상단가이드와 측면가이드를 포함하는 포장지개방부;
상기 측면가이드의 측면에 상부가 회동 가능하게 설치되어 닭고기의 충진시에 포장지의 하부를 들어올리는 리프트장치;
상기 포장지이송부의 일 측면에 배치되는 공정제품이송컨베이어에 궤도운동 가능하게 등 간격으로 설치된 공정제품지지판, 상기 공정제품지지판의 상부에 회동 가능하게 구성되어 닭고기가 충진된 포장지를 홀딩하는 상부홀더, 상기 공정제품지지판의 상부에 블록형 기둥을 통해 설치되어 탄성력을 통해 각각의 상부홀더를 아래로 회동시키는 코일스프링 및 상기 각각의 상부홀더의 상부에 승강 가능하게 배치되도록 공정제품이송라인에 배열되어 각각의 상부홀더를 위로 회동시키는 실린더와 라인형 캠의 조합으로 구성된 상부홀더컨트롤러를 포함하는 공정제품이송부; 및
상기 닭고기가 내부에 충진된 포장지의 진입을 유도하는 안내가이드가 상기 포장지의 진입이 시작되는 이전구간에 설치된 포장지진입가이드, 상기 포장지의 입구부를 회동동작으로 파지하는 그리퍼 및 상기 그리퍼를 전, 후진시키는 전후진장치를 포함하며, 포장지이송부 라인에 배치되어 상기 포장지진입가이드에 진입한 포장지의 입구부를 전후진장치와 그리퍼를 통해 잡아당기고, 닭고기는 포장지진입가이드에 막혀 포장지 안쪽으로 밀리게 하여 상기 포장지의 내부안쪽에 닭고기를 밀착시키는 원료밀착부;
를 포함하는 무한순환궤도시스템을 활용한 자동 개체 포장기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 원료이송컨테이너는 측면모양이 상부가 개방된 V자형, 라운드형 또는 다각형으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 무한순환궤도시스템을 활용한 자동 개체 포장기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 원료충진부는 서보실린더나 공압실린더 또는 이들의 조합으로 구성되며, 2개가 한 조로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 무한순환궤도시스템을 활용한 자동 개체 포장기.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 베이스프레임을 통해 형성되는 하부공간에 설치되는 공기유입수단과 연결된 밸브 및 상기 밸브에 연결된 공기토출수단을 통한 공기 불기를 통해 개방된 포장지의 입구부를 확장시키는 공압부;
를 더 포함하는 무한순환궤도시스템을 활용한 자동 개체 포장기.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 원료밀착부를 통해 닭고기가 내부안쪽에 밀착된 포장지의 입구부를 묶은 후에 상기 입구부를 커팅하여 포장지의 자투리가 발생하면, 진공흡입을 통해 상기 자투리가 적재되도록 베이스프레임을 통해 구성되는 적재실을 포함하는 적재부;
를 더 포함하는 무한순환궤도시스템을 활용한 자동 개체 포장기.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 적재실은 2개 이상으로 구성되어 어느 하나의 적재실에 잔재물이 센서부에 감지될 정도로 쌓이면, 제어부를 통해 상기 적재실과 연결된 3방향 밸브를 제어하여 다른 하나의 적재실로 자동전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무한순환궤도시스템을 활용한 자동 개체 포장기.
