Claims (7)
- 분사 밸브(1)용 밸브 조립체(3)로서,
- 유체 입구 부분(5) 및 유체 출구 부분(7)을 갖는 공동부(9)를 포함하는 중앙 길이 방향 축을 갖는 밸브 몸체(4),
- 상기 공동부(9)에서 축 방향으로 이동 가능한 밸브 니들(11)로서, 폐쇄 위치에서 상기 유체 출구 부분(7)을 통한 유체 흐름을 방지하고, 추가의 위치에서의 상기 유체 출구 부분(7)을 통한 상기 유체 흐름을 허용하며, 반경 방향으로 연장되는 상부 리테이닝 요소(24)에 고정적으로 연결되고, 상기 유체 출구 부분(7)으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 향하는 밸브 니들(11)의 축 방향 영역에 배치되는, 상기 밸브 니들(11),
- 상기 공동부(9) 내에서 축 방향으로 이동 가능한 전자기 액추에이터 유닛(19)용의 전기자(23)로서, 상기 밸브 니들(11)이 연장되는 중앙 축 방향 개구를 포함하고, 상기 밸브 니들(11) 상에서 미끄러질 수 있으며, 상기 상부 리테이닝 요소(24)를 통해 상기 니들(11)에 작용하는, 상기 전기자(23)를 포함하며,
원추형 스프링(30)은 상기 상부 리테이닝 요소(24)와 상기 상부 리테이닝 요소(24)를 향한 상기 전기자(23)의 최상부 측(28) 사이의 중앙 길이 방향 축 주위에 배치되고, 상기 상부 리테이닝 요소(24)로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 상기 전기자(23)를 편향시키고,
상기 원추형 스프링(30)의 권선의 직경은 상기 상부 리테이닝 요소(24)를 향하는 상기 스프링(30)의 제1 단부에서 최소이고, 상기 전기자(23)를 향하는 제2 단부에서 최대이며, 상기 전기자(23)의 방향으로 증가하고,
상기 원추형 스프링(30)의 권선의 직경은 적어도 회전 당 2d만큼 증가하며, d는 스프링 와이어의 직경인, 분사 밸브용 밸브 조립체(3). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기자(23)는 상기 상부 리테이닝 요소(24)와 폼 피트 연결로 맞물리도록 동작 가능하고, 원추형 스프링(30)용 시트를 나타내는 평평한 표면을 갖는, 분사 밸브용 밸브 조립체(3).
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상부 리테이닝 요소(24)는 상기 원추형 스프링(30)과 축 방향으로 중첩하는 슬리브 부분과, 상기 슬리브 부분을 지나서 반경 방향 바깥 방향으로 돌출하고, 상기 원추형 스프링(30)용 시트를 나타내는 컬러 부분을 포함하는, 분사 밸브용 밸브 조립체(3).
