Claims (15)
- 내황성 알루미나의 제조 방법으로서,
반응 용기에서 pH 2 내지 5의 수성 매질 내에서 황산알루미늄과 알루민산나트륨을 반응시켜 알루미늄 수화물 시드를 먼저 형성하고, 이어서 50℃ 내지 100℃의 범위의 온도에서 수성 매질의 pH를 7 내지 10로 점차 증가시키면서 황산알루미늄 및 알루민산나트륨의 수성 스트림을 상기 반응 용기에 동시에 공급하여 추가적인 알루미늄 수화물이 상기 시드 상에 침착되도록 함으로써, 알루미늄 수화물을 제조하는 단계,
상기 반응 용기 내에 수용성 실리카 전구체를 포함하는 수용액을 투입하여 상기 알루미늄 수화물을 실리카 전구체와 접촉시키는 단계 ― 상기 황산알루미늄 및 알루민산나트륨의 반대이온의 존재 하에 상기 접촉이 발생함 ―,
상기 수성 매질로부터 실리카 전구체-접촉된 알루미늄 수화물 입자를 분리하는 단계, 및
상기 실리카 전구체-접촉된 알루미늄 수화물 입자를 하소하여, 내황성 알루미나의 입자를 제조하는 단계
를 포함하고,
상기 알루미늄 수화물의 형성 중에 및/또는 상기 실리카 전구체와 상기 알루미늄 수화물이 접촉하는 동안에, 도판트 또는 도판트 전구체를 상기 알루미늄 수화물과 함께 투입함으로써, 전이 금속, 전이 금속 산화물, 알칼리 토금속, 알칼리 토금속 산화물 희토류, 희토류 산화물, 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 도판트로 내황성 알루미나를 도핑하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내황성 알루미나의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 실리카 전구체가 알칼리 금속 실리케이트 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내황성 알루미나의 제조 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 수화물이, 실리카 함량이 1 중량부 내지 40 중량부인 실리카 클래드 알루미나 산물을 제공하기에 충분한 양의 실리카 전구체와 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내황성 알루미나의 제조 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 수화물 및 상기 실리카 전구체를 포함하는 상기 수성 매질이 50℃ 내지 200℃의 온도로 20 분 내지 6 시간 동안 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내황성 알루미나의 제조 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 실리카 전구체-접촉된 알루미늄 수화물 입자가 여과에 의해 상기 수성 매질로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내황성 알루미나의 제조 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
