도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에서 제조된 저방사 유리의 개략도를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 제1 기능성 반사 금속층(Ag층)의 비율에 따른 색상 변화를 나타내는 그래프이다.
Claims (8)
- 유리 기판 상에 순차적으로,
제1 유전체층, 제1 기능성 반사 금속층, 제2 유전체층, 제2 기능성 반사 금속층 및 제3 유전체층이 코팅된 유리로써,
적외선 또는 태양열선을 반사하는 제1 및 제2 기능성 반사 금속층의 두께의 합이 24 내지 35nm 이며,
제1 및 제2 기능성 반사 금속층의 전체 두께에 대한 제1 기능성 반사 금속층의 두께의 비율이 55% 내지 65%이고,
상기 제1 유전체층, 상기 제2 유전체층 및 상기 제3 유전체층은 각각,
Zr, Sn, Nb, Al, Sb, Mo, Cr, Ti 및 Ni로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소가 함유된 Si계 질화물을 포함하는 메인 유전체층; 및
Sn, Nb, Al, Sb, Mo, Cr, Ti 및 Ni로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 함유하는 Zn계 산화물을 포함하는 하나 이상의 서브 유전체층;을 포함하고,
상기 제1 및 제2 기능성 반사 금속층의 각 상면 및 하면에 위치하며, Cr, Ti, Cu, Nb 및 Zr로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 함유하는 Ni 합금 또는 Ni 합금 질화물을 포함하는 제1 내지 제4 기능성 흡수 금속 보호층을 더 포함하는 것인 유리. - 제1항에 있어서, 관찰각 0° 내지 55°에서 유리면 반사색상의 a* 및 b* 값이 -7 내지 1인, 유리.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메인 유전체층은 상기 서브 유전체층보다 두께가 두꺼운 것인 유리. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 유전체층은 두께가 70 내지 90 nm인 유리.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 서브 유전체층이 제1 메인 유전체층의 상면, 제2 메인 유전체층의 상면과 하면, 및 제3 메인 유전체층의 하면에 위치하는 유리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제3 유전체층의 상부에 위치하며,
Ti, Zr 및 Si로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 함유하는 산화물, 질화물 또는 질화산화물을 함유하는 최상부 보호층을 포함하는 유리. - 제1항에 있어서, 방사율이 0.01 내지 0.03이고, 가시광선 투과율이 40% 이상인, 유리.
