Claims (9)
- AlMgSi 합금으로부터 압연 잉곳을 주조하고, 압연 잉곳을 균질화 처리하고, 압연 온도에 이른 압연 잉곳을 열간 압연한 후에 선택적으로 최종 두께까지 냉간 압연하고, 마무리 압연된 스트립을 용체화 소둔하고 급랭함으로써, AlMgSi 합금으로부터 스트립을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
최후에서 2번째 압연 패스 후에 열간 스트립의 온도는 250℃를 초과하고,
열간 스트립은 유상액으로 충전된 적어도 하나의 판재 냉각기 및 열간 압연 패스 자체를 이용하여 출구 온도까지 급랭되고,
열간 스트립은 최후 열간 압연 공정 패스로부터 방출된 직후에 온도가 135℃ 이상 250℃ 이하이며, 이 온도에서 열간 스트립이 권취되는 것을 특징으로 하는 AlMgSi 합금으로부터 스트립을 제조하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
냉각 공정의 개시 전에, 열간 스트립의 온도는 400℃를 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 AlMgSi 합금으로부터 스트립을 제조하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
최후 압연 패스 후에 권취 전의 열간 스트립의 온도는 200℃ 내지 230℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 AlMgSi 합금으로부터 스트립을 제조하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
준비된 열간 스트립의 두께는 3mm 내지 12mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 AlMgSi 합금으로부터 스트립을 제조하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
알루미늄 합금은 합금 유형 AA6XXX인 것을 특징으로 하는 AlMgSi 합금으로부터 스트립을 제조하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
마무리 압연된 알루미늄 스트립에 열처리가 실시되며, 그 열처리에 있어서 알루미늄 스트립은 용체화 소둔 및 급랭 후에 100℃를 초과하는 온도까지 가열되고 나서 권취되고, 55℃를 초과하는 온도에서 시효되는 것을 특징으로 하는 AlMgSi 합금으로부터 스트립을 제조하는 방법. - 삭제
