도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 차량의 제어방법을 개략적으로 도시해 보인 순서도,
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 차량의 제어방법에서 종감속기어비 설정단계를 개략적으로 도시해 보인 순서도이다.

150 : 변속기 제어유닛 160 : 변속 감지센서
Claims (11)
- 차량의 실제 주행속도를 측정하는 속도센서;
제1 종감속기어비 데이터와 제2 종감속기어비 데이터가 저장된 메모리부; 및
상기 속도센서로부터 수신된 차량의 실제 주행속도와 제1 종감속기어비를 통하여 계산된 차량의 주행속도의 차이와, 차량의 실제 주행속도와 제2 종감속기어비를 통하여 계산된 차량의 주행속도의 차이를 비교하여 설치된 변속기에 대응하는 종감속기어비를 설정하는 제어부;
를 포함하는 차량의 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
변속기에서 변속이 되었는지 감지하는 변속 감지센서; 및
스티어링의 회전 각도를 측정하는 각도센서;를 더 포함하고,
상기 제어부는 변속기가 적어도 1회 변속하고, 측정된 차량의 실제 주행속도가 30km/h를 초과하고, 스티어링의 회전 각도가 1° 미만인 상태에서 상기 수식을 만족하는지 여부를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는,
상기 수식을 만족하는 시간 또는 상기 수식을 만족하지 않는 시간이 적어도 3초 이상 유지된 경우에만 상기 제1 종감속기어비 데이터 또는 상기 제2 종감속기어비 데이터를 상기 변속기 제어유닛에 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 메모리부에는 상기 제1 종감속기어비에 대응하여 변속기를 제어하기 위한 제1 변속기 데이터와, 상기 제2 종감속기어비에 대응하여 변속기를 제어하기 위한 제2 변속기 데이터가 저장되어 있고,
상기 제어부는 상기 변속기 제어유닛에 상기 제1 종감속기어비 데이터 또는 상기 제2 종감속기어비 데이터를 저장하는 경우 상기 제1 변속기 데이터 또는 상기 제2 변속기 데이터를 함께 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어장치.
- 차량의 시동이 켜지면 메모리부에 저장된 제1 종감속기어비 데이터를 변속기 제어유닛에 입력하는 종감속기어비 입력단계;
스티어링의 회전 각도가 1° 미만으로 차량의 실제 주행속도가 30km/h를 초과하도록 차량을 주행하는 차량 주행단계; 및
차량의 실제 주행속도와 상기 제1 종감속기어비를 통하여 계산된 차량의 주행속도의 차이와, 차량의 실제 주행속도와 제2 종감속기어비를 통하여 계산된 차량의 주행속도의 차이를 비교하여 설치된 변속기에 대응하는 종감속기어비를 설정하는 종감속기어비 설정단계;
를 포함하는 차량의 제어방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 종감속기어비 설정단계는,
상기 수식을 만족하는 상태에서 3초 이상 유지하면 상기 변속기 제어유닛에 상기 제1 종감속기어비 데이터가 저장된 상태를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 종감속기어비 설정단계는,
상기 제1 종감속기어비에 대응하여 변속기를 제어하기 위한 제1 변속기 데이터를 상기 변속기 제어유닛에 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 종감속기어비 설정단계는,
상기 수식을 만족하지 않는 상태가 3초 이상 유지되면 상기 변속기 제어유닛에 저장되어 있는 상기 제1 종감속기어비 데이터를 상기 제2 종감속기어비 데이터로 교체하여 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 종감속기어비 설정단계는,
상기 제2 종감속기어비에 대응하여 변속기를 제어하기 위한 제2 변속기 데이터를 상기 변속기 제어유닛에 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어방법.
