Abstract
Description
도 2는 비수리 초음파 추출물 처리 농도별 단핵구의 혈관내피세포 부착 억제 정도를 확인할 결과이다.
도 3a는 비수리 초음파 추출물(100 μg/mL), 대나무 잎 추출물(100 μg/mL), BAY(CAS 19542-67-7, 10 μM)의 처리에 따른 단핵구의 혈관내피세포 부착 억제 정도를 확인할 결과이다.
도 3b는 비수리 에탄올 추출물(60% EtOH, 24 시간(초음파 처리 없음); 20% EtOH, 2 시간(초음파 처리 없음)), 비수리 초음파 추출물(100 μg/mL), 대나무 잎 추출물(100 μg/mL), BAY(CAS 19542-67-7, 10 μM)의 처리에 따른 단핵구의 혈관내피세포 부착 억제 정도를 확인할 결과이다.
도 4는 웨스턴 블랏 분석을 통해 비수리 초음파 추출물의 처리 농도별 혈관내피세포에서 VCAM-1의 발현량을 측정한 결과이다.
도 5는 비수리 초음파 추출물의 처리 농도별 혈관내피세포에서 NF-κB 프로모터 바인딩 활성 억제 정도를 확인한 결과이다.
도 6은 비수리 초음파 추출물의 처리 농도별 혈관내피세포에서 IKKα/β, IκBα, p65, p105/50의 발현양 및 인산화 정도를 웨스턴 블랏으로 분석한 결과이다.
도 7은 비수리 초음파 추출물의 처리 농도별 혈관내피세포에서 NF-κB p65의 세포질로부터 핵으로의 이동 여부를 확인하기 위하여 웨스턴 블랏으로 분석한 결과이다.

- 비수리 에탄올 초음파 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 혈관 염증질환의 예방 또는 개선용 식품 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 혈관 염증질환은 죽상경화(동맥경화), 허혈성 심근경색, 협심증, 관상동맥질환, 고혈압, 뇌졸중, 빈혈, 편두통, 부정맥, 중풍, 혈관종, 혈관섬유종, 고지혈증, 혈관기형 및 말초혈관질환으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 비수리 에탄올 초음파 추출물은 혈관 내피 세포에 죽상 경화를 일으킬 수 있는 세포부착인자의 발현과 단핵구의 세포 유착을 감소시키고; NF-κB의 활성화를 억제시키며; 염증성 사이토카인인 TNF-α, IL-6 및 IL-1β의 생성을 억제시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 조성물. - 비수리 에탄올 초음파 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 혈관 염증질환의 예방 또는 개선용 건강기능식품.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 건강기능식품은 음료류, 육류, 초코렛, 식품류, 과자류, 피자, 라면, 기타 면류, 껌류, 사탕류, 아이스크림류, 알코올 음료류, 비타민 복합제 및 건강보조식품류로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건강기능식품. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 혈관 염증질환은 죽상경화(동맥경화), 허혈성 심근경색, 협심증, 관상동맥질환, 고혈압, 뇌졸중, 빈혈, 편두통, 부정맥, 중풍, 혈관종, 혈관섬유종, 고지혈증, 혈관기형 및 말초혈관질환으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 건강기능식품. - 제4항에 있어서,
