Abstract
또한 피막의 결정화도를 낮춰 고광택의 외관을 확보할 수 있어 기존의 불소계 도료에서 실현하기 어려웠던 폭넓은 광택의 도료 개발이 가능하며, 오염방지성 또한 뛰어나 품질 향상을 기대할 수 있다.
또한 상기 도료 조성물을 이용한 친환경 보수보강 시공방법은 불소수지 특유의 강한 분자 간 결합에너지로 인해 자외선에 파괴되지 않으며, 다른 고분자 수지의 내후성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 도료 조성물은 내후성, 내오염성, 내수성, 내약품성을 가지고 고광택의 수려한 외관과 깨끗한 도막을 유지할 수 있으며, 특히 접착력이 뛰어나 각종 구조물, 특히 교량, 드릴쉽, FPSO(Floating Production Storage and Off-loading vessel)과 같은 해양플랜트, 해양플랫폼, 선박 등의 해양시설에 대한 노출부위의 내부식 및 보수보강 시공에 적합하며, 상기와 같은 금속 시설의 보수보강뿐만 아니라 교량의 콘크리트 재질의 노출부위에도 시공이 가능한 장점이 있다.

Claims (10)
- 아크릴 변성 불소 에멀전 수지 20 내지 60 중량%와 히드록시기를 갖는 수용성 우레탄 에멀전수지 10 내지 30 중량%, 폴리(퍼플루오르술폰산), 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴리아세탈, 폴리페닐렌옥사이드, 폴리설폰, 폴리에테르설폰, 폴리페닐렌설파이드 및 폴리카르복실산에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 복수의 엔지니어링 플라스틱 5 내지 20 중량%, 안료 10 내지 25 중량%, 수용성 용제 1 내지 10 중량% 및 물 1 내지 20 중량%을 포함하는 주제; 및
블록화된 이소시아네이트 수지 20 내지 60 중량%, 경화형 올리고머 10 내지 40 중량%, 물 20 내지 50 중량%과 1,3-디메틸-4,5-디하이드록시에틸렌 유레아(DMDHEU) 및 부탄테트라카르복실산(BTCA)에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 결합제 1 내지 10 중량%을 함유하는 경화제;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2액형 중방식 도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴 변성 불소 에멀전 수지는 비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 비닐 플루오라이드, 트리플루오로에틸렌, 시클로트리플루오로에틸렌(CTFE), 테트라플루오로에틸렌(TFE) 및 헥사플루오로프로필렌(HFP)에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 복수의 단량체로 구성된 단독중합체 또는 공중합체의 말단에 메틸 메타아크릴레이트와 에틸아크릴레이트를 중합하여 수분산시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 2액형 중방식 도료 조성물.

- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 안료는 티타늄디옥사이드, 칼슘카보네이트, 마그네슘실리케이트, 알루미늄실리케이트, 코발트알루미네이트 및 코발트크로마이트에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 복수인 것을 특징으로 하는 2액형 중방식 도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 용제는 에틸셀루솔브, 부틸셀루솔브, 메틸카비톨, 에틸카비톨, 부틸카비톨, 에틸알콜, 메틸알콜, 부틸알콜 및 이소부틸알콜에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 복수인 것을 특징으로 하는 2액형 중방식 도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 블록화된 이소시아네이트 수지는 지방족의 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트와 이소포론 디이시아네이트를 블록화시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 2액형 중방식 도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 경화형 올리고머는 우레탄아크릴레이트, 우레탄메타크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르아크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르메타크릴레이트, 에폭시아크릴레이트, 에폭시메타크릴레이트, 멜라민아크릴레이트 및 멜라민메타크릴레이트에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 복수인 것을 특징으로 하는 2액형 중방식 도료 조성물.
- 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 5항 내지 제 8항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 따른 2액형 중방식 도료 조성물을 사용한 친환경 보수보강 시공방법으로, 상기 도료 조성물은,
아크릴 변성 불소 에멀전 수지 20 내지 60 중량%와 히드록시기를 갖는 수용성 우레탄 에멀전수지 10 내지 30 중량%, 폴리(퍼플루오르술폰산), 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴리아세탈, 폴리페닐렌옥사이드, 폴리설폰, 폴리에테르설폰, 폴리페닐렌설파이드 및 폴리카르복실산에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 복수의 엔지니어링 플라스틱 5 내지 20 중량%, 안료 10 내지 25 중량%, 수용성 용제 1 내지 10 중량% 및 물 1 내지 20 중량%을 포함하는 주제; 및
블록화된 이소시아네이트 수지 20 내지 60 중량%, 경화형 올리고머 10 내지 40 중량%, 물 20 내지 50 중량%과 1,3-디메틸-4,5-디하이드록시에틸렌 유레아(DMDHEU) 및 부탄테트라카르복실산(BTCA)에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 결합제 1 내지 10 중량%을 함유하는 경화제;
