Claims (7)
- λ/4 위상차층의 일면에 터치센서가 형성되고,
다른 일면에 직접하여 베리어층이 형성되고,
상기 베리어층은 스퍼터링, 화학기상증착, 플라즈마 강화 화학기상증착 및 증발로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 방법에 의해 증착된 것인 터치패널.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 터치센서는 정전용량 방식인 것인 터치패널.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 베리어층은 플라즈마 강화 화학기상증착(Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition)으로 형성된 것인 터치패널.
- 청구항 1 내지 3중 어느 한 항의 터치패널을 포함하는 유기발광 표시장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 터치패널은 터치센서상에 편광자가 적층된 것인 유기발광 표시장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 편광자 상에 커버글래스 또는 커버필름이 적층된 것인 유기발광 표시장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 커버글래스 또는 커버필름은 방오성, 지문방지성, 대전방지성, 하드코팅성 및 반사방지성으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 기능성층이 형성된 것인 유기발광 표시장치.
