Claims (30)
- 흡연의 화학적 감각을 모사하기 위한 장치로서,
외측 층과,
상기 외측 층 내에 배치되는 다공성 매체와,
상기 다공성 매체 내에 배치되는 TRP 채널을 활성화시키는 화학감각 작용제를 포함하며,
상기 화학감각 작용제는 생강과 추출물, 십자화과 추출물, 토달리오이대(Toddalioidae) 추출물 및 꿀풀과 추출물 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 작용제는 다공성 매체 내의 에탄올계 용액 내에 배치되는 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 에탄올계 용액은 때죽나무과로부터의 벤조인 수지, 샌들우드, 붉은 시더우드, 베티버, 독일 붓꽃, 오크모스 및 몰약 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 안정화 성분을 포함하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 TRP 채널은 화학적 감각을 부여하는 TRP 수용체인 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 담배를 모방하도록 크기와 형상이 정해지는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 작용제는 휘발성 작용제인 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 매체에 흡입이 적용될 때 상기 작용제가 휘발되는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 TRP 채널은 TRPV1, TRPA1, TRPV3 및 TRPM8 중 하나 이상인 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 작용제는 생강과 추출물을 포함하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 작용제는 십자화과 추출물을 포함하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 작용제는 토달리오이대 추출물을 포함하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 작용제는 꿀풀과 추출물을 포함하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 작용제는
약 5-10 중량% 사천 고추 추출물, 5-10 중량% 머스타드 씨앗 추출물, 약 5-10 중량% 올스파이스 추출물, 약 15-25 중량% 기니후추나무 추출물, 약 30-50 중량% 양강근 추출물, 약 5-10 중량% 로즈마리 추출물, 및 약 0.2-0.4 체적% 티몰 용액;
약 15-25 중량% 사천 고추 추출물, 약 15-25 중량% 머스타드 추출물, 약 15-25 중량% 기니후추나무 추출물, 약 15-25 중량% 양강근 추출물, 약 10-15 중량% 로즈마리 추출물, 및 약 0.2-0.4 체적% 티몰 용액; 및
약 15-25 중량% 사천 고추 추출물, 약 5-10 중량% 머스타드 추출물, 약 5-10% 올스파이스 추출물, 약 15-25 중량% 기니후추나무 추출물, 약 15-25 중량% 양강근 추출물, 약 10-15 중량% 로즈마리 추출물, 및 약 0.2-0.4 체적% 티몰 용액;
중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 작용제는 약 10-15 중량%의 벤조인 수지 추출물을 포함하는 장치.
- 흡연의 화학적 감각을 모사하기 위한 장치로서,
외측 층과,
상기 외측 층 내에 배치되는 다공성 매체와,
상기 다공성 매체 내에 배치되는 TRP 채널을 활성화시키는 화학감각 작용제를 포함하며,
상기 화학감각 작용제는 6-파라돌, 이소티오시아네이트, 히드록시-α-산쇼올, 1'-아세톡시차비콜, 장뇌, 유제놀 및 티몰 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 장치. - 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 작용제는 다공성 매체 내의 에탄올계 용액 내에 배치되는 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 에탄올계 용액은 때죽나무과로부터의 벤조인 수지, 샌들우드, 붉은 시더우드, 베티버, 독일 붓꽃, 오크모스 및 몰약 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 안정화 성분을 포함하는 장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 작용제는 화학적 감각을 부여하는 TRP 수용체인 TRP 채널을 활성화시키는 장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 매체에 흡입이 적용될 때 상기 작용제가 휘발되는 장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 TRP 채널은 TRPV1, TRPA1, TRPV3 및 TRPM8 중 하나 이상인 장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 작용제는 6-파라돌을 포함하는 장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 작용제는 1'-아세톡시차비콜을 포함하는 장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 작용제는 이소티오시아네이트를 포함하는 장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 작용제는 히드록시-α-산쇼올을 포함하는 장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 작용제는 장뇌를 포함하는 장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 작용제는 티몰을 포함하는 장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 작용제는

- 흡연의 화학적 감각을 모사하기 위한 장치로서,
외측 층과,
상기 외측 층 내에 배치되는 다공성 매체와,
상기 다공성 매체 내에 배치되는 에탄올을 포함하며,
상기 다공성 매체 내에 분산된 에탄올의 양은 TRPV1을 활성화시키고 화학적 감각을 유도하는데 충분한 양인 장치. - 제 29 항에 있어서, 상기 양은 약 0.1 내지 1.5 ml인 장치.
