- 상기 결합제 조성물은 상기 매트의 총 중량의 20 중량% 내지 30 중량%에 상당하며; 그리고
- 상기 결합제 조성물은 상기 결합제 조성물 중량의 40 wt% 내지 60 wt% 양의 알파 분지형 지방족 모노카르복시산의 비닐 에스테르의 코모노머 유닛을 포함하는 코폴리머 및 상기 결합제 조성물 중량의 60 wt% 내지 40 wt% 양의 자체-가교가능한 아크릴 코폴리머의 혼합물을 포함하는, 섬유 매트. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 결합제 조성물은 광물 충전제 입자, 내수제, 발수제, 살생물제, 내화제, 및 안료로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 첨가제를 더 포함하는, 섬유 매트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 부직포는:
- 유리 섬유 및 현무암 섬유로 이루어진 리스트로부터 선택되는 광물 섬유;

- 셀룰로오스계 섬유 이를테면 아마(flax), 목재 펄프, 면 섬유, 사이잘(sisal), 마닐라삼(abaca), 비스코스, 레이온, 또는 리오셀(lyocell)인 유기 섬유로 이루어진 리스트로부터 선택되는 섬유를 포함하되;
상기 셀룰로오스계 섬유는 상기 부직포의 중량의 25 wt% 초과에 상당하는, 섬유 매트. - 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 부직포는 광물 섬유 및 유기 섬유로부터 선택되는 섬유를 포함하되; 유기 섬유의 양은 상기 부직포의 섬유 조성의 총 중량의 40 wt% 내지 100 wt%로 달라지고,
상기 셀룰로오스계 섬유는 연목재(soft wood) 기원의 섬유 및 견목재(hard wood) 기원의 섬유를 포함하되, 연목재의 상기 섬유는 총 중량의 25 wt% 내지 85 wt%에 상당하는, 섬유 매트. - 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 부직포의 상기 섬유는 유리 섬유 및 셀룰로오스계 섬유로 이루어지는, 섬유 매트.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 부직포는 평균 직경이 40㎛ 미만인 광물 섬유를 포함하는, 섬유 매트.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 부직포는 셀룰로오스계 섬유 및 유리 섬유의 혼방물을 포함하고:
- 상기 유리 섬유는 6 ㎛내지 20 ㎛의 평균 직경을 가지며; 그리고
- 상기 셀룰로오스계 섬유는 상기 혼방물에 상기 섬유의 총 중량의 40 wt% 내지 85 wt% 양으로 존재하는, 섬유 매트. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 매트는 두 개의 측, 석고 보드의 코어에 접촉하도록 의도되는 내측 및 상기 석고 보드의 코어에서 먼쪽을 향하도록 의도되는 외측을 갖되, 적어도 상기 매트의 일측 상에 엠보싱 패턴이 형성되고,
상기 섬유 매트는 상기 두 개의 측 중 적어도 하나에 특정 표면 거칠기(Sa)를 포함하되, 상기 표면 거칠기(Sa)는 60 ㎛ 미만이며,
상기 내측의 표면 거칠기는 10 ㎛ 내지 40 ㎛ 범위에 있고, 상기 외측의 표면 거칠기는 12㎛ 미만인, 섬유 매트. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 매트는 부직포의 두 개의 플라이(ply)를 포함하고, 상기 두 개의 플라이 중 하나는 석고 보드의 코어에 접촉하도록 의도된 내측 플라이이며, 외측 플라이가 상기 석고 보드의 코어에서 먼쪽을 향하도록 의도되되; 상기 내측 플라이의 조성이 상기 외측 플라이의 조성과 상이하고,
상기 내측 플라이는 유기 섬유 및 광물 섬유의 혼방물을 포함하고, 상기 섬유들은 상기 혼방물에 50% 내지 60%의 유기 섬유 대 40% 내지 50%의 광물 섬유 비로 존재하거나; 상기 외측 플라이는 90% 초과의 유기 섬유를 포함하는, 섬유 매트. - 청구항 13에 있어서, 상기 섬유 매트의 총 평량은 80g/㎡ 내지 160g/㎡이고,
상기 섬유 매트의 최종 중량을 기준으로 하여, 상기 내측 플라이는 30 g/㎡ 내지 120 g/㎡에 상당하고, 상기 외측 플라이는 10 g/㎡ 내지 70 g/㎡에 상당하며, 상기 결합제 조성물은 20 g/㎡ 내지 60 g/㎡에 상당하는, 섬유 매트. - 청구항 1 내지 14 중 어느 한 항에 따른 섬유 매트를 생산하기 위한 방법으로서, 부직포의 적어도 하나의 플라이를 상기 결합제 조성물의 수성 분산액 또는 수용액에 함침시키는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 방법은:
- 섬유의 부유물로 적어도 하나의 스크린 상에 상기 부직포를 형성하는 단계;
- 상기 부직포를 건조시킴으로써, 건식 웹(web)을 획득하는 단계; 및
- 습식(wet-laid) 공정을 통해 상기 웹을 상기 결합제에 함침시키는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 14 중 어느 한 항에 따른 섬유 매트로 덮여 있는 적어도 하나의 측을 갖는 석고 코어를 포함하는, 석고 보드.
- 청구항 16에 있어서, 상기 석고 보드의 코어 또는 그것의 부직포에 내수제, 내화제, 광물 충전제, 살생물제 또는 안료를 더 함유하는, 석고 보드.
- 청구항 17에 있어서, 상기 석고 보드의 코어는:
- ASTM 방법의 C-473에 따라 또는 EN 520 방법의 섹션 5.9.2.에 따라 테스트할 때, 상기 코어가 10% 미만의 물을 흡수하게 하는 충분한 양의, 최소한의 내수 첨가제,
- 상기 보드가 적어도 1시간의 ASTM E-119 또는 C36-95 내화 정격을 달성하게 하는 충분한 양의, 최소한의 내화 첨가제, 또는
- 스플리팅 이후 수중에서:
- d10이 1㎛ 내지 2㎛이며; 그리고
- d50이 5㎛ 내지 35㎛이며; 그리고
- d90이 35㎛ 내지 85㎛이게 하는 특정 입도 분포를 갖는 수화가능한 칼슘 설페이트로부터 수득되는, 경화성 수화가능한 칼슘 설페이트를 포함하는, 석고 보드. - 청구항 16에 있어서, 100g/㎡ 미만의 Cobb 2 시간 값 및 12.5mm 보드 및 120g/㎡ 매트 중량에 대해 MD로 660N의 파괴 하중으로 계산할 때 대기 조건(23℃; 50%RH)에서 적어도 5.5의, 그리고 습한 조건(30℃; 90%RH)에서 적어도 5의 상기 매트의 굽힘 강도/평량비를 갖는, 석고 보드.
- 청구항 16에 따른 석고 보드를 생산하기 위한 방법으로서, 적어도 하나의 섬유 매트와 석고 코어를 적층하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 청구항 20에 있어서, 습식 공정에 의해 매트 페이서(mat facer)를 생산하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법.
