Claims (5)
- 정극 재료로서, 충전시와 방전시에서 개로 전압 곡선이 상이한 정극 활물질을 사용한 이차 전지의 제어 장치이며,
충전으로부터 방전으로 전환하였을 때의 SOC인 전환시 SOC에 대해, 방전 과정에 있어서의 SOC와 개로 전압의 관계를, 방전시 개로 전압 정보로서 기억하고, 충전 시에 있어서의 개로 전압 곡선을 기억하는 기억 수단과,
실제로 충전으로부터 방전으로 전환하였을 때의 전환시 SOC와, 상기 기억 수단에 기억되어 있는 상기 방전시 개로 전압 정보에 기초하여, 상기 이차 전지의 방전 과정에 있어서의 SOC를 산출하는 SOC 산출 수단을 구비하고,
상기 기억 수단은 만충전 상태에 있어서 충전으로부터 방전으로 전환하였을 때의 방전시 개로 전압 정보를 포함하는 복수의 방전시 개로 전압 정보를 기억하는, 이차 전지의 제어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기억 수단은, 상기 방전시 개로 전압 정보로서, 상기 전환시 SOC에 대해, 방전 과정에 있어서의 SOC와 개로 전압의 관계를 실측함으로써 얻어진 정보를 기억하고 있는, 이차 전지의 제어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기억 수단은, 상기 방전시 개로 전압 정보로서, 소정의 SOC에 있어서 충전으로부터 방전으로 전환하여 방전을 행하였을 때, 방전 과정에 있어서의 SOC와 개로 전압의 관계를 실측함으로써 얻어진 소정 SOC 방전시 개로 전압 정보를 적어도 1개 기억하고 있고,
상기 SOC 산출 수단은, 상기 소정 SOC 방전시 개로 전압 정보로부터, 실제로 충전으로부터 방전으로 전환하였을 때의 전환시 SOC에 대응하는, 방전 과정에 있어서의 SOC와 개로 전압의 관계를 산출하고, 산출된 SOC와 개로 전압의 관계에 기초하여, 상기 이차 전지의 방전 과정에 있어서의 SOC를 산출하는, 이차 전지의 제어 장치. - 정극 재료로서, 충전시와 방전시에서 개로 전압 곡선이 상이한 정극 활물질을 사용한 이차 전지의 SOC를 검출하는 방법이며,
충전으로부터 방전으로 전환하였을 때의 SOC인 전환시 SOC에 대해 정해지는, 방전 과정에 있어서의 SOC와 개로 전압의 관계와, 상기 이차 전지의 방전 개시시의 SOC에 기초하여, 상기 이차 전지의 방전 과정에 있어서의 SOC를 산출하는, 이차 전지의 SOC 검출 방법.
