도 3은 본 발명에 따른 유동 로터의 휠 코어의 실시예를 나타낸 사시도이다.

Claims (9)
- 휠 코어(2); 및
상기 휠 코어(2)를 둘러싸며 이에 연결되는 외측 부분(3);을 포함하되,
상기 휠 코어(2) 및 상기 외측 부분(3)은 서로 다른 재료로 이루어지고,
상기 휠 코어(2)에는 연속적인 종방향 중앙 리세스(5)가 구비되고,
상기 외측 부분(3)은, 상기 종방향 중앙 리세스(5)를 통해 연장되며 상기 외측 부분(3)과 동일한 재료로 형성된 핀을 갖고,
상기 휠 코어(2)와 상기 외측 부분(3)은 복합 주조 공정으로 연결되는, 유동 로터. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 휠 코어(2)의 재료는 상기 외측 부분(3)의 재료보다 밀도가 낮은, 유동 로터. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 휠 코어(2)에는 그 외측면(8)에 도포되는 코팅이 구비되는, 유동 로터. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 휠 코어(2)는 형상-끼워맞춤 연결 장치(4)를 통해 상기 외측 부분(3)에 연결되는, 유동 로터. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 핀은 용접 핀(6)인, 유동 로터. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 휠 코어(2)의 재료는 니켈계 합금인, 유동 로터. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
