Abstract

상기 발광 물질을 함유하는 상기 제 2 층 위의 제 3 전극과;

상기 발광 물질을 함유하는 상기 제 2 층 위의 제 4 전극과;
상기 제 4 전극 위의 제 1 컬러 필터와;
상기 제 4 전극 위의 제 2 컬러 필터와;
상기 제 4 전극 위의 제 3 컬러 필터를 포함하고,
상기 도너성 물질 및 상기 억셉터성 물질을 함유하는 상기 제 1 층과 상기 발광 물질을 함유하는 상기 제 2 층은 상기 격벽에서 전기적으로 분단되고,
상기 격벽은 상기 제 1 절연층과 접촉하고,
상기 제 4 전극은 상기 격벽의 측부와 접촉하고,
상기 제 1 컬러 필터 및 상기 제 3 컬러 필터는 같은 색을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 절연층은 상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극 사이의 상기 절연 표면과 접촉하는, 발광 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제 4 전극은 공통 배선에 전기적으로 접속되는, 발광 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 공통 배선은 상기 제 1 전극, 상기 제 2 전극, 및 상기 제 3 전극을 둘러싸도록 제공되는, 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 격벽의 상면 형상의 장변은 상기 제 2 전극에 대향하는 상기 제 1 전극의 변의 길이의 90% 이상의 길이를 갖는, 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 도너성 물질은 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토금속, 희토류 금속, 알칼리 금속 화합물, 알칼리 토금속 화합물, 또는 희토류 금속 화합물인, 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 도너성 물질 및 상기 억셉터성 물질을 함유하는 상기 제 1 층과, 상기 발광 물질을 함유하는 상기 제 2 층 사이에 제 2 발광 물질을 함유하는 제 3 층과;
상기 발광 물질을 함유하는 상기 제 2 층과 상기 제 2 발광 물질을 함유하는 상기 제 3 층 사이의 제 4 층을 더 포함하고,
상기 제 2 발광 물질을 함유하는 제 3 층과 상기 제 4 층은 상기 격벽 위에서 분단되는, 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 따른 발광 장치를 표시부에 포함하는 전자 기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 절연층은 상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극 사이의 상기 절연 표면과 접촉하는, 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 격벽은 절연체인, 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 절연 표면 위의 제 1 트랜지스터 및 제 2 트랜지스터를 더 포함하고,
상기 제 1 전극은 상기 제 1 트랜지스터에 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 제 2 전극은 상기 제 2 트랜지스터에 전기적으로 접속되는, 발광 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 절연 표면 위의 제 1 트랜지스터, 제 2 트랜지스터, 및 제 3 트랜지스터를 더 포함하고,
상기 제 1 전극은 상기 제 1 트랜지스터에 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 제 2 전극은 상기 제 2 트랜지스터에 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 제 3 전극은 상기 제 3 트랜지스터에 전기적으로 접속되는, 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 발광 장치는 상기 제 1 층 및 상기 제 2 층을 포함하는 발광 소자를 포함하는, 발광 장치.
