Description
도 2a 및 도 2b는 각각 정제된 형광 물질로 표지된 마이크로베지클의 정량성 및 안정성을 보여준다.
도 3은 형광 물질로 표지된 마이크로베지클을 이용하여 프로세스를 모니터링한 결과를 보여준다.
도 4a 및 도 4b는 형광 물질로 표지된 마이크로베지클을 이용하여 시료의 품질을 모니터링한 결과를 보여준다.
Claims (20)
- 소포 내에서 검출 가능한 표지로 전환되는 막 투과성 표지 및 유기 음이온 수송 저해제를 포함하는 시료 중 소포를 모니터링하기 위한 조성물로서,
상기 소포는 리포좀 또는 마이크로베지클인 것인 조성물. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 마이크로베지클은 엑소좀인 것인 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 소포 내에서 검출 가능한 표지로 전환되는 막 투과성 표지는 마이크로베지클 내에서 형광 물질로 전환되는 것인 조성물.

- 청구항 16에 있어서, 체액은 소변, 점액, 타액, 눈물, 혈장, 혈청, 뇨, 객담, 척수액, 흉수, 유두 흡인물, 림프액, 기도액, 장액, 비뇨생식관액, 모유, 림프계 체액, 정액, 뇌척수액, 기관계내 체액, 복수, 낭성 종양 체액, 양수액 또는 그의 조합인 것인 방법.
- 청구항 15에 있어서, 소포의 상태 또는 위치를 모니터링하는 것인 방법.
- 청구항 15에 있어서, 소포를 시료의 내부 대조군으로 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 청구항 19에 있어서, 내부 대조군은 시료의 품질 관리를 위한 내부 대조군인 것인 방법.
