Abstract
유로 구조체(1)는, 유로(20)가 내부에 형성되어 있으며, 서로 적층된 세라믹스제의 복수의 유로층(2)과, 복수의 유로층(2)의 적층 방향에 있어서 그 복수의 유로층(2)의 양측에 배치되는 2개의 최외층(4)과, 각 최외층(4)과 그 최외층(4)에 인접하는 유로층(2) 사이에 개재 장착되며, 탄성체로 이루어지는 외측 탄성 시트(6)와, 2개의 최외층(4)이 복수의 유로층(2)을 그 적층 방향의 양측으로부터 끼워 넣은 상태에서 당해 2개의 최외층(4)끼리를 체결하는 체결 부재(15)를 구비한다.

Claims (10)
- 유체를 유통시키는 유로를 구비하는 유로 구조체이며,
상기 유로가 내부에 형성되어 있으며, 서로 적층된 세라믹스제의 복수의 유로층과,
상기 복수의 유로층의 적층 방향에 있어서 그 복수의 유로층의 양측에 배치되는 2개의 최외층과,
상기 각 최외층과 그 최외층에 인접하는 상기 유로층 사이에 개재 장착되며, 탄성체로 이루어지는 외측 탄성 시트와,
상기 2개의 최외층이 상기 복수의 유로층을 상기 적층 방향의 양측으로부터 끼워 넣은 상태에서 당해 2개의 최외층끼리를 체결하는 체결 부재를 구비하고,
상기 체결 부재는 볼트와 그것에 나사 결합하는 너트를 갖고,
상기 각 최외층 및 상기 각 유로층에는, 상기 볼트가 삽입 관통되는 삽입 관통 구멍이 각각 형성되고,
상기 2개의 최외층 중 한쪽의 최외층측으로부터 상기 삽입 관통 구멍에 상기 볼트가 삽입 관통되고, 다른 쪽의 상기 최외층측에서 상기 볼트에 상기 너트가 나사 결합되어 체결됨으로써, 상기 2개의 최외층이 상기 복수의 유로층을 끼워 넣은 상태에서 당해 2개의 최외층 및 상기 복수의 유로층이 체결되어 있는, 유로 구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 최외층은 상기 유로층의 굽힘 강성보다도 높은 굽힘 강성을 갖는, 유로 구조체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 각 최외층은 유로가 내부에 형성된 세라믹스제의 층인, 유로 구조체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 각 최외층은 더미층인, 유로 구조체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 각 유로층 및 상기 각 최외층에는, 상기 적층 방향에 있어서 그것들의 각 층을 관통하는 구멍이며 유체를 상기 유로로 유도하는 도입로 또는 상기 유로로부터 상기 유로 구조체의 외부로 유체를 유도하는 도출로를 형성하는 관통 구멍이 각각 형성되고,
상기 외측 탄성 시트는, 상기 최외층과 그것에 인접하는 상기 유로층 사이에서 상기 관통 구멍의 주위를 둘러싸서, 상기 유체가 상기 최외층과 상기 유로층 사이의 간극을 통해 누출되는 것을 저지하는 외측 저지부를 갖는, 유로 구조체. - 제5항에 있어서,

상기 각 유로층에는, 상기 적층 방향에 있어서 당해 각 유로층을 관통하는 구멍이며 유체를 상기 유로로 유도하는 도입로 또는 상기 유로로부터 상기 유로 구조체의 외부로 유체를 유도하는 도출로를 형성하는 관통 구멍이 형성되고,
상기 내측 탄성 시트는, 인접하는 상기 유로층끼리의 사이에서 상기 관통 구멍의 주위를 둘러싸서, 상기 유체가 인접하는 상기 유로층끼리의 사이의 간극을 통해 누출되는 것을 저지하는 내측 누출 저지부를 갖는, 유로 구조체. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 내측 누출 저지부의 내주면을 따라서 형성되며, 인접하는 상기 유로층끼리의 사이에 끼워 넣어져 그것들 사이의 간극을 밀봉하는 내측 시일 부재를 더 구비하는, 유로 구조체. - 삭제
