도 2 는 가교된 고분자량 바인더와 가교되지 않은 저분자량 바인더의 혼합 바인더를 사용한 부극의 사이클 시험 결과이다.

Claims (14)
- 활물질과 바인더를 적어도 포함하는 비수 전해질 이차 전지용 부극제로서,
상기 바인더는, 직사슬의 제 1 수용성 고분자와 직사슬의 제 2 수용성 고분자를 포함하고,
상기 제 1 수용성 고분자는, 가교 처리가 이루어져 있으며,
상기 제 2 수용성 고분자는, 분자량이 1,000 이상 1 만 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 이차 전지용 부극제. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 바인더에 포함되는 수용성 고분자의 전체 중량에 대한 상기 제 2 수용성 고분자의 함유량은, 0.1 중량% 이상 50 중량% 이하의 범위 내가 되는 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 이차 전지용 부극제. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 바인더에 포함되는 수용성 고분자는, 카르복실기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 이차 전지용 부극제. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 가교 처리는, 가교제를 사용하여 이루어져 있으며,
상기 가교제의 첨가량은, 상기 제 1 수용성 고분자의 카르복실기에 대하여, 상기 가교제의 가교 결합하는 관능기가 0.1 mol% 이상 3.0 mol% 이하의 범위 내가 되는 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 이차 전지용 부극제. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 수용성 고분자는, 폴리카르복실산염이고,
상기 제 2 수용성 고분자는, 폴리카르복실산이며,
상기 제 1 수용성 고분자와 상기 제 2 수용성 고분자는, 카르복실기의 탈수 축합에 의해 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 이차 전지용 부극제. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 수용성 고분자는, 폴리아크릴산인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 이차 전지용 부극제. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 수용성 고분자는, 폴리아크릴산나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 이차 전지용 부극제. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 수용성 고분자가, 아크릴산말레산 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 이차 전지용 부극제. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 수용성 고분자는, 완전 중화된 것이며,
상기 제 2 수용성 고분자는, 산성인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 이차 전지용 부극제. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가교 처리는, 가교제를 사용하여 이루어져 있으며,
상기 가교제는, 카르보디이미드 유도체, 이소시아네이트계 가교제 및 아지리딘 유도체의 적어도 일종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 이차 전지용 부극제. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 가교제는, 아지리딘 유도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 이차 전지용 부극제. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 활물질은, SiOx (0≤x≤1.5) 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 이차 전지용 부극제. - 집전체와, 그 집전체 상에 형성된 활물질층을 구비하고,
상기 활물질층은, 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 비수 전해질 이차 전지용 부극제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 이차 전지용 부극. - 정극과 부극과 전해액을 구비한 비수 전해질 이차 전지로서,
상기 부극이, 제 13 항에 기재된 비수 전해질 이차 전지용 부극인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 이차 전지.
