Claims (10)
- 닙 롤을 구비한 전후의 롤의 주위 속도차로 필름을 길이 방향으로 연신하는 방법이며, 상기 전후의 롤 사이에 있어서, 필름의 상측 및 필름의 하측으로부터 각각 필름에 집광식 히터에 의해 적외선을 조사하고, 필름 상측의 집광식 히터의 출력이 필름 하측의 집광식 히터의 출력의 1.2배 이상 3.0배 이하이고, 필름의 상측으로부터 조사되는 적외선의 집속광에 의한 필름면에서의 길이 방향 조사 길이를 a, 필름의 하측으로부터 조사되는 적외선의 집속광에 의한 필름면에서의 길이 방향 조사 길이를 b로 하고, a의 부분과 b의 부분이 중첩을 가지며, a, b가 모두 10mm 이상 40mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름의 연신 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름 상측의 집광식 히터의 하우징 하단부에서부터 필름면까지의 거리를 A, 필름 하측의 집광식 히터의 하우징 상단부에서부터 필름면까지의 거리를 B로 하고, A, B가 모두 10mm 이상 30mm 이하인 필름의 연신 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 길이 a, b가 모두 25mm 이상 40mm 이하인 필름의 연신 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 조사 길이 a의 부분과 b의 부분이 각각의 중심 위치가 길이 방향에서 일치하고, 길이 a의 부분과 b의 부분이 동등한 것인 필름의 연신 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, A와 B가 동등한 것인 필름의 연신 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 길이 방향으로 연신하기 전의 필름 두께가 300 ㎛ 이상 3000 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름의 연신 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 길이 방향의 연신 배율이 2배 이상 4배 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름의 연신 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전후의 롤의 주위 속도차로 필름을 길이 방향으로 연신하기 전에 예비 가열 공정을 갖고, 상기 예비 가열에 있어서의 가열 온도가 [필름의 유리 전이 온도 -15]℃ 이상 [필름의 유리 전이 온도 -5]℃ 이하인 필름의 연신 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 필름의 연신 방법을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 필름의 제조 방법.
