Claims (9)
2) 상기 함수겔상 중합체에 물을 첨가하여, 함수겔상 중합체의 함수율을 5 내지 15 중량%p 높이는 단계,
3) 상기 함수겔상 중합체를 150 내지 200℃에서 20분 내지 30분간 건조하여, 함수율이 0.1 내지 2 중량%인 건조된 중합체를 제조하는 단계,
4) 상기 건조된 중합체를 분쇄하는 단계, 및
5) 상기 분쇄된 중합체를 표면 가교 반응하는 단계를 포함하는,
고흡수성 수지의 제조 방법.
상기 단계 2는 함수겔상 중합체의 함수율을 55.5 내지 65.0 중량%로 높이는 것을 특징으로 하는,
고흡수성 수지의 제조 방법.
상기 단계 2 전에, 상기 함수겔상 중합체를 2 내지 10 mm의 입경으로 분쇄하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
고흡수성 수지의 제조 방법.
상기 단계 4에서 분쇄된 중합체의 입경이 150 내지 850 ㎛가 되도록 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
고흡수성 수지의 제조 방법.
상기 단계 5의 표면 가교는, 에틸렌글리콜 디글리시딜에테르, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디글리시딜 에테르, 글리세롤 폴리글리시딜 에테르, 프로필렌글리콜 디글리시딜 에테르, 폴리프로필렌 글리콜 디글리시딜 에테르, 에틸렌 카보네이트, 에틸렌글리콜, 다이에틸렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 트리에틸렌 글리콜, 테트라 에틸렌 글리콜, 프로판 다이올, 다이프로필렌글리콜, 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 글리세린, 폴리글리세린, 부탄다이올, 헵탄다이올, 헥산다이올 트리메틸롤프로판, 펜타에리스리콜, 소르비톨, 칼슘 수산화물, 마그네슘 수산화물, 알루미늄 수산화물, 철 수산화물, 칼슘 염화물, 마그네슘 염화물, 알루미늄 염화물, 및 철 염화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 가교제를 반응시켜 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는,

상기 단계 5의 표면 가교는 100 내지 250℃에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
