Claims (8)
- 산성분인 테레프탈산(Terephthalic acid, TPA) 및 탄소수 2 내지 14의 디올계 성분 중 에틸렌글리콜(Ethylene Glycol)을 중합하고, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트를 해중합하여 에스테르화 및 중축합시켜 제조되되,
상기 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트가 혼합되는 비율은 테레프탈산 및 에틸렌글리콜로 이루어진 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 조성물 대비 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트가 1.0 : 0.1 내지 1.4 중량비로 혼합되고 용이한 해중합을 위해 추가되는 에틸렌글리콜은 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 대비 에틸렌글리콜이 1.0: 0.1~1.0 중량비로 혼합되어 최종 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지의 부탄디올의 함량이 50중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 공중합 폴리에스테르.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 테레프탈산(TPA) 대비 에틸렌글리콜의 비율은 1.0 : 1.0 내지 2.0 몰비로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 공중합 폴리에스테르.
- 삭제
- 산성분인 테레프탈산(Terephthalic acid, TPA) 및 탄소수 2 내지 14의 디올계 성분 중 에틸렌글리콜(Ethylene Glycol)을 1.0 : 1.0 ~ 2.0의 몰비로 중합하는 단계;
중합된 물질에 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 해중합이 병행되어 올리고머를 제조하는 에스테르화 단계; 및
상기 올리고머를 중축합하는 단계를 포함하는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 공중합 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트가 혼합되는 비율은 테레프탈산 및 에틸렌글리콜로 이루어진 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 조성물 대비 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트가 1.0 : 0.1 내지 1.4 중량비로 혼합되고 용이한 해중합을 위해 추가되는 에틸렌글리콜은 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 대비 에틸렌글리콜이 1.0: 0.1~1.0 중량비로 혼합되어 최종 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지의 부탄디올의 함량이 50중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 공중합 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 에스테르화 단계에서 200 내지 250℃의 온도에서 150 내지 300분 동안, 40 내지 80rpm의 속도로 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 공중합 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 중축합단계에서 230 ~ 285℃의 온도에서 90 ~ 200분 동안, 40 ~ 100rpm으로 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 공중합 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 공중합 폴리에스테르,
또는 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 의해 제조된 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 공중합 폴리에스테르를 이용하여 제조된 폴리에스테르 섬유.
