상기 제 1 금형 및 상기 제 2 금형을 가열 및 가압하여, 상기 제 1 수지층의 하면에는 제 1 요철 구조를 형성하고, 상기 제 2 수지층의 상면에는 제 2 요철 구조를 형성하며, 상기 제 2 수지층에는 상기 제 2 요철 구조를 둘러싸는 개구부를 형성하는 단계;
상기 제 2 요철 구조 위에 발광 소자를 형성하는 단계; 및
씰재를 사이에 두고 상기 제 1 보호층과 기판으로 상기 발광 소자를 밀폐하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 제 2 금형에는 상기 개구부를 형성하기 위한 패턴이 제공되고,
상기 씰재는 상기 개구부 위에 그리고 상기 개구부 내에 제공되고,
상기 제 1 수지층, 상기 제 1 보호층, 및 상기 제 2 수지층은 각각 가시광 투광성을 가지는, 발광 장치의 제작 방법.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 보호층은 25μm 이상 100μm 이하의 두께의 유리층인, 발광 장치의 제작 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 개구부를 형성하는 단계는 상기 제 2 수지층에 레이저 광을 조사하여 행해지는, 발광 장치의 제작 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 보호층의 일부를 노출시키도록 상기 개구부가 제공되지 않는 경우에는, 상기 방법이 상기 제 2 수지층의 불필요한 수지를 제거하기 위해 레이저 광으로 상기 개구부를 조사하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 발광 장치의 제작 방법.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 발광 소자는 적어도 제 1 발광 영역과, 상기 제 1 발광 영역에 인접한 제 2 발광 영역을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 발광 영역과 상기 제 2 발광 영역은 격벽에 의해 서로 분리되는, 발광 장치의 제작 방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 요철 구조의 요철은 1μm 이상 100μm 이하의 피치로 규칙성을 가지고,
상기 제 1 요철 구조의 요철은 적어도 제 1 볼록부와, 상기 제 1 볼록부에 인접한 제 2 볼록부를 포함하고,
상기 제 1 발광 영역은 상기 제 1 볼록부와 중첩되고,
상기 제 2 발광 영역은 상기 제 2 볼록부와 중첩되고,
상기 제 1 발광 영역과 상기 제 2 발광 영역 각각의 폭은 상기 피치보다 작은, 발광 장치의 제작 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,
상기 격벽은 상기 제 1 볼록부 및 상기 제 2 볼록부의 단부가 서로 인접한 부분과 중첩되도록 제공되는, 발광 장치의 제작 방법.

상기 제 1 볼록부 및 상기 제 2 볼록부는 각각 반구 형상을 가지는, 발광 장치의 제작 방법. - 삭제
