Claims (16)
- 일체형이며 이음매가 없고,
열가소성 플라스틱 물질로 제조된 하나 이상의 연속 지지체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테일게이트로서,
상기 테일게이트는 하나 이상의 투명 영역을 가지고,
테일게이트와 함께 일체형으로 성형되거나 테일게이트 중에서 일체화된 여러개의 기능성 요소를 포함하며,
여기서 상기 지지체의 상이한 영역들은 상이한 열가소성 중합체들로부터 일체 성형에 의해 제조되고, 여기서 적어도 하나의 구역이 투명하고 한 구역은 투명하지 않은 것인, 테일게이트. - 제1항에 있어서, 지지체가 3 내지 7 mm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 테일게이트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 지지체의 두께가 전체 테일게이트에 걸쳐 10% 이하로 가변적인 것을 특징으로 하는 테일게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지체의 열가소성 플라스틱 물질이 폴리카르보네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 테일게이트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리카르보네이트가 25,000 내지 27,000의 분자량 Mw를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 테일게이트.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체가 6% 이상의 광 투과율 및 3% 미만의 헤이즈를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 테일게이트.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기계적 강화 요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테일게이트.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체가,
- 내스크래치성 증가 층,
- 기후 효과에 대한 보호 층,
- 착색제 및/또는 안료를 포함하는 착색 층,
- 흑색 엣지 및/또는 강화용 프레임 요소 형성 층,
- 기계적 강화 요소,
- 김서림방지 및 반사방지 층, 및 또한 전기변색, 굴열성 및 열변색에 의한 투명도 제어 층을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 기능성 층, 및
- 댐핑 및 절연 층
을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 추가의 층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 테일게이트. - 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 힌지, 가열 요소, 안테나, 닫힘 기능부(closing functionality), 램프 하우징/홀더, 등록판등(registration plate light), 하이 레벨 제동등, 윈드스크린 와이퍼 (및 윈드스크린 와이퍼 모터) 홀더, 등록판 리세스, 로고 리세스, 스포일러, 스타일링 라인(styling line), 물 관리용 구조 요소, 외부 또는 내부 번호판 홀더, 및 태양광 모듈을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 기능성 요소가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테일게이트.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체 물질의 두께가 추가의 층의 적용 면 상의 추가의 층 영역에서 감소되되, 지지체 물질의 감소된 두께가 추가의 층(들)의 두께에 상응하도록 하는 방식으로 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테일게이트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 흑색 엣지 물질의 길이 방향에서의 선형 열 팽창 계수가 지지체 물질의 길이 방향에서의 선형 열 팽창 계수보다 1 × 10-5 내지 3 × 10-5 (mm/mm K) 더 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 테일게이트.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
a) 내스크래치성 증가 층,
b) IR 보호 필름,
c) 지지체,
d) 흑색 엣지 및 강화용 프레임 요소 형성 층,
e) 내스크래치성 증가 층, 및
f) 일체 성형된 립 요소에 탄성 접착제에 의해 결합된 지지체 프로파일을 포함하는 기계적 강화 요소
가 연속적으로 적층된 층 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 테일게이트. - - 연속 지지체(3)를 형성하기 위한 투명한 열가소성 플라스틱 물질을 주입한 다음, 145℃ 미만의 부품 온도로 냉각시키는 단계;
- 흑색 엣지(4)의 주입을 위한 갭을 생성시키기 위해 공동(cavity)을 다음 위치로 회전시키는 단계;
- 흑색 엣지(4)를 주입한 다음, 145℃ 미만의 부품 온도로 냉각시키는 단계;
- 이형시키는 단계;
- 부품을 실온으로 냉각시키는 단계;
- 프라이머를 20℃ 내지 200℃에서 경화/건조시키는 단계;
- 실온으로 냉각시키는 단계;
- 탑 코트(1a, 5b)로 코팅시키는 단계;
- 용매를 증발시키는 단계;
- 탑 코트(1a, 5b)를 20℃ 내지 200℃에서 경화/건조시키는 단계;
- 실온으로 냉각시키는 단계;
- 립 요소 사이에 접착제(7)를 도입시키는 단계;
- 접착제 내로 강성화 요소(금속)(8)를 매립시키는 단계; 및
- 접착제를 경화시키는 단계
를 포함하는 테일게이트의 제조 방법. - - 연속 지지체(3)를 형성하기 위한 투명한 열가소성 플라스틱 물질을 주입한 다음, 145℃ 미만의 부품 온도로 냉각시키는 단계;
- 흑색 엣지(4)의 주입을 위한 갭을 생성시키기 위해 공동을 다음 위치로 회전시키는 단계;
- 흑색 엣지(4)를 주입한 다음, 145℃ 미만의 부품 온도로 냉각시키는 단계;
- PU(폴리우레탄)계 래커 시스템의 주입을 위해 공동을 다음 위치로 회전시키는 단계;
- PU계 래커 시스템을 주입하는 단계;
- 이형시키는 단계;
- 실온으로 냉각시키는 단계;
- 립 요소 사이에 접착제를 도입시키는 단계;
- 접착제 내로 강성화 요소(금속)를 매립시키는 단계; 및
- 접착제를 경화시키는 단계
를 포함하는 테일게이트의 제조 방법. - 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기 기능성 요소들 중 여럿이 테일게이트와 함께 일체형으로 성형되거나 상기 테일게이트 중에서 일체화된 것인 테일 게이트:
