Claims (6)
- 공작 기계로서,
상기 공작 기계는 2개의 공작물 스핀들(8, 8')을 갖는 기계 프레임(machine frame), 툴(13)들을 갖는 툴 홀더(12), 공작물(10)들을 위한 운반 장치(18) 및 2개의 배플판(25, 25')들을 갖는 칩 보호부(chip protection)(20)를 포함하며,
상기 툴 홀더(12)는 기계 프레임에서 이동 가능하게 배치되어 있고, 상기 공작물(10)들은 상기 2개의 공작물 스핀들(8, 8') 내에서 교대로 툴(13)들에 의해 가공될 수 있으며, 그 결과 동시에 각각 다른 공작물 스핀들(8, 8')이 로딩 및 언로딩될 수 있으며, 상기 공작물 스핀들(8, 8') 각각은 공작물(10)들이 가공될 수 있는 워킹 위치(17, 17')로부터 로드 위치(19, 19')로 이동될 수 있는 공작 기계에 있어서,
상기 2개의 공작물 스핀들(8, 8')의 로딩 및 언로딩을 위해 상기 배플판(25, 25')들이 워킹 위치(17, 17')들과 로드 위치(19, 19')들 사이의 영역들로부터 스탠바이 위치(26, 26')들로 이동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,
공작 기계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
가이드 레일(14)을 따라서 상기 툴 홀더(12)가 이동함으로써, 공작물(10)이 상기 공작물 스핀들(8, 8') 내에서 가공될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,
공작 기계.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 기계 프레임에 있는 공작물 스핀들(8, 8')이 가이드(6, 6')를 따라서 수직 방향으로 상기 워킹 위치(17, 17')로부터 상기 로드 위치(19, 19')로 이동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,
공작 기계.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 기계 프레임에 있는 상기 배플판(25, 25')이 레일(22, 23)에서 수평 방향으로 이동 가능하게 가이드 되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
공작 기계.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 칩 보호부(20)가 텔레스코픽형(telescopic)으로 신축될 수 있고, 상기 배플판(25, 25')들이 동시에 워킹 위치(17, 17')들과 로드 위치(19, 19')들 사이의 영역들 내부로 이동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,
공작 기계.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 툴 홀더(12)가 위쪽으로부터 상기 칩 보호부(20) 내부로 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
