도 2는 도 1에 도시된 역류방지형 버터플라이 밸브의 주요 구성부를 나타낸 사시도이다.

Claims (8)
- 내부에 유체가 유동하는 유로(11)가 형성되어 있는 밸브몸체(10)와;
상기 밸브몸체(10)에 연직방향으로 연장되게 설치되며, 하단부가 밸브몸체(10)에 대해 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 상단부의 일측편에 가동돌기(31)가 상측으로 돌출되게 형성되어 있는 디스크샤프트(30)와;
상기 디스크샤프트(30)에 고정되게 설치되어 디스크샤프트(30)와 함께 회전하면서 상기 유로(11)를 개폐하는 디스크(20)와;
상기 디스크샤프트(30)의 상부에 동축상으로 배치되어 상기 밸브몸체(10)의 상단부에 고정되게 설치되며, 하단부 일측편에 상기 가동돌기(31)의 일측면과 접촉하게 되는 스톱퍼돌기(41)가 하측으로 돌출되게 형성되어 있는 중공관 형태의 고정샤프트(40)와;
상기 고정샤프트(40)의 중공부를 관통하여 고정샤프트(40)에 대해 상대 이동 가능하게 설치되며, 상기 가동돌기(31)를 사이에 두고 상기 스톱퍼돌기(41)의 반대편에 위치하여 가동돌기(31)의 다른 일측면에 접촉하게 되는 작동돌기(51)가 반경방향 외측으로 돌출되게 형성되어 있는 스템샤프트(50); 및,
상기 스톱퍼돌기(41)와 가동돌기(31)와 작동돌기(51)가 서로 맞접촉하는 측면 중 적어도 1개 이상에 부착되는 탄성력이 있는 재질의 완충패드(60);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역류방지형 버터플라이 밸브. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스템샤프트(50)의 상단부에 사람이 손으로 잡고 돌릴 수 있도록 핸들(55)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 역류방지형 버터플라이 밸브.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스크샤프트(30)는 디스크(20)의 중심으로부터 일측으로 일정 거리 편심된 위치에 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 역류방지형 버터플라이 밸브.
