⒜ 비닐 말단 폴리디메틸실록산인 제1 실리콘 수지 10∼20중량%와,
⒝ 비닐 말단 (비닐메틸실록산)-디메틸실록산 공중합체인 제2 실리콘 수지 40∼50중량%와,
⒞ 이산화규소 15∼25중량%와,
⒟ 하이드록시 말단 실리콘인 제4 실리콘 수지 10∼20중량%와,
⒠ 실란올 말단 (비닐메틸실록산)-디메틸실록산 공중합체인 제5 실리콘 수지 1∼9중량%로 혼합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 배관 이음관용 실리콘 패킹 조성물. - ⒜ 비닐 말단 폴리디메틸실록산(Vinyl terminated Polydimethylsiloxane ; CAS No 68083-19-2)인 제1 실리콘 수지와, ⒝ 비닐 말단 (비닐메틸실록산)-디메틸실록산 공중합체((Vinylmethylsiloxane)-Dimethylsiloxane copolymer, Vinyl terminated ; CAS No 68083-18-1)인 제2 실리콘 수지와, ⒞ 이산화규소(Silicon Dioxide ; CAS No 7631-86-9)와, ⒟ 하이드록시 말단 실리콘(Hydroxy terminated Silicone ; CAS No 70131-67-8)인 제4 실리콘 수지와, ⒠ 실란올 말단 (비닐메틸실록산)-디메틸실록산 공중합체(Vinylmethylsiloxane)-Dimethylsiloxane copolymer, Silanol terminated ; CAS No 67923-19-7)인 제5 실리콘 수지로 이루어진 실리콘 패킹 조성물을 준비하는 단계;
상기 제1 실리콘 수지 혼합물 내지 제5 실리콘혼합물을 계량용기의 영점을 설정하고, 상기 계량용기에 일정량의 혼합하여 실리콘 패킹 조성물을 준비하되, ⒜ 비닐 말단 폴리디메틸실록산인 제1 실리콘 수지 10∼20중량%와, ⒝ 비닐 말단 (비닐메틸실록산)-디메틸실록산 공중합체인 제2 실리콘 수지 40∼50중량%와, ⒞ 이산화규소 15∼25중량%와, ⒟ 하이드록시 말단 실리콘인 제4 실리콘 수지 10∼20중량%와, ⒠ 실란올 말단 (비닐메틸실록산)-디메틸실록산 공중합체인 제5 실리콘 수지 1∼9중량%가 되도록 계량하는 단계;
상기 실리콘 패킹 조성물을 배합기에 넣고 배합한 후 이의 배합물을 열 프레스를 이용하여 일정 형상 및 모양으로 실리콘 패킹을 성형하는 단계; 및
상기 성형된 실리콘 패킹 제품의 사상 및 검사를 수행하는 단계;
로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 이음관용 실리콘 패킹 제조방법.
