Claims (5)
- 실린더 내에 연료를 직접 분사하는 직접 분사식 내연 기관의 제어 방법에 있어서,
상기 직접 분사식 내연 기관은,
각각 독립된 실린더 헤드 냉각 통로와 실린더 블록 냉각 통로를 포함하는 기관 냉각 통로를 구비하고,
상기 제어 방법은, 분사된 연료가 감압 비등하면 연료 분무의 분무각이 증대되어 분사 구멍의 주위에 연료가 부착되는 특성을 갖는 연료 분사 밸브의 분사 구멍을 통과할 때의 연료 온도가, 감압 비등이 발생하는 온도에 도달하기 전에, 상기 실린더 헤드 냉각 통로의 냉각액 유량을 증량하여 연료를 냉각하는 연료 온도 컨트롤 모드를 실행하는 것이고,
실린더 블록 및 실린더 헤드를 동일한 온도로 제어하는 제1 모드와 실린더 헤드를 실린더 블록보다 저온으로 제어하는 제2 모드를 포함하는 라디에이터 유로 제어 모드의 실행 중에 연료 온도가 상승한 경우에 상기 연료 온도 컨트롤 모드로 이행하는, 직접 분사식 내연 기관의 제어 방법. - 실린더 내에 연료를 직접 분사하는 직접 분사식 내연 기관의 제어 장치에 있어서,
상기 직접 분사식 내연 기관은,
각각 독립된 실린더 헤드 냉각 통로와 실린더 블록 냉각 통로를 포함하는 기관 냉각 통로와,
분사된 연료가 감압 비등하면 연료 분무의 분무각이 증대되어 분사 구멍의 주위에 연료가 부착되는 특성을 갖는 연료 분사 밸브와,
상기 연료 분사 밸브로부터 분사될 때의 연료 온도를 취득하는 온도 취득부와,
상기 연료 분사 밸브의 분사 구멍을 통과할 때의 연료 온도를 냉각하는 연료 냉각부와,
상기 연료 냉각부를 제어하는 제어부
를 구비하고,
상기 제어부는, 상기 연료 분사 밸브의 분사 구멍을 통과할 때의 연료 온도가, 감압 비등이 발생하는 온도에 도달하기 전에, 상기 실린더 헤드 냉각 통로의 냉각액 유량을 증량하여 상기 연료 냉각부에 의해 연료를 냉각하는 연료 온도 컨트롤 모드를 실행하는 것이며, 실린더 블록 및 실린더 헤드를 동일한 온도로 제어하는 제1 모드와 실린더 헤드를 실린더 블록보다 저온으로 제어하는 제2 모드를 포함하는 라디에이터 유로 제어 모드의 실행 중에 연료 온도가 상승한 경우에 상기 연료 온도 컨트롤 모드로 이행하는, 직접 분사식 내연 기관의 제어 장치. - 삭제
