Abstract
본 발명의 1관점에 의하면, 내용물을 수용하는 수용부와, 상기 수용부에서 상기 내용물을 토출하는 입구부를 구비하고, 또한 외각과 내측주머니를 가지는 용기본체를 구비하는 적층박리용기의 에어 리크 검사 방법으로서, 상기 외각은 상기 외각과 상기 내측주머니의 사이의 중간공간과 상기 용기본체의 외부공간을 연통하는 외기도입공을 구비하고, 상기 입구부와 상기 외기도입공의 한쪽으로부터 에어를 주입했을 때에 상기 입구부와 상기 외기도입공의 다른 한쪽으로부터 누출된 에어의 유량을 측정하는 에어 리크 검사 공정을 갖추는 적층박리용기의 에어 리크 검사 방법이 제공된다.

도 3은 도 2(d) 중의 A-A단면도이다. 다만, 도 1 내지 도 2는 바닥 밀봉 돌출부(27)가 절곡되기 전의 상태를 나타내고 도 3은 바닥 밀봉 돌출부(27)가 절곡된 후의 상태를 나타낸다.
도 4는 도 3의 입구부(口部)(9)를 포함하는 영역의 확대도이다.
도 5는 도 4의 상태로부터 내층(13)의 박리가 진행된 상태를 나타낸다.
도 6은 도 3의 바닥면(29)을 포함하는 영역의 확대도이며, (a)은 바닥 밀봉 돌출부(27)가 절곡되기 전의 상태를 나타내고 (b)는 바닥 밀봉 돌출부(27)가 절곡된 후의 상태를 나타낸다.

Claims (15)
- 외각과 내측주머니를 가지는 용기본체를 형성하는 용기본체 형성 공정과,
상기 용기본체의 수용부를 외측으로부터 억압수단으로 억압하여 압축하면서, 상기 용기본체를 회전시키거나 또는 상기 용기본체의 외주에 따라 상기 억압수단을 이동시킴으로써 상기 수용부의 전체 둘레에서 상기 내측주머니를 상기 외각으로부터 예비박리시키는 전체 둘레 예비박리 공정을 갖추는, 적층박리용기의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전체 둘레 예비박리 공정 전에 상기 외각과 상기 내측주머니의 사이에 에어를 불어넣음으로써 상기 내측주머니를 상기 외각으로부터 예비박리시키는 에어 취입 예비박리 공정을 갖추는, 적층박리용기의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 억압수단은 각각 롤러부를 가지는 제1및 제2억압체를 구비하고,
상기 전체 둘레 예비박리 공정에서, 상기 수용부는 제1억압체의 롤러부와 제2억압체의 롤러부의 사이에 끼워 억업되는 적층박리용기의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 억압수단은 각각 벨트부를 가지는 제1 및 제2억압체를 구비하고,
상기 전체 둘레 예비박리 공정은 제1억압체의 벨트부와 제2억압체의 벨트부의 사이에 상기 수용부를 끼워 상기 수용부를 억압하여 압축하면서 제1억압체의 벨트부를 제2억압체의 벨트부에 대하여 상대 이동시킴으로써 상기 용기본체를 회전시키면서 한 방향으로 반송함으로써 실시되는 적층박리용기의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
제1억압체의 벨트부와 제2억압체의 벨트부의 적어도 한쪽은 상기 수용부와의 접촉면에 요철을 가지는, 적층박리용기의 제조 방법. - 외각과 내측주머니를 가지는 용기본체를 형성하는 용기본체 형성 공정과,
상기 용기본체의 내용물을 수용하는 수용부에서 상기 외각만을 관통하는 외기도입공을 형성하는 외기도입공 형성 공정과,
상기 외각과 상기 내측주머니의 사이에 에어를 불어넣음으로써 상기 내측주머니를 상기 외각으로부터 예비박리하는 예비박리 공정과,
삽입도구를 상기 외기도입공에 삽입하여 상기 내측주머니를 상기 용기본체의 내측으로 밀어넣음으로써 상기 내측주머니를 상기 외각으로부터 분리시키는 내측주머니 분리공정과,
상기 외기도입공을 개폐가능한 밸브부재를 상기 외각에 장착하는 밸브부재 장착 공정을 갖추고,
상기 밸브부재장착 공정에서는, 상기 외각의 외측으로부터 상기 외기도입공에 상기 밸브부재를 밀어넣음으로써 상기 밸브부재를 상기 외각에 장착하는, 적층박리용기의 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 예비박리 공정에서, 상기 에어는 상기 외기도입공에 취입되는 적층박리용기의 제조 방법. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
상기 삽입도구는 선단이 둥글지게 되어 있는 동시에 상기 외기도입공을 확대시키지 않고 상기 외기도입공에 삽입가능한 형상을 가지는, 적층박리용기의 제조 방법. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
상기 밸브부재는 상기 외기도입공 내에 배치되는 축부와, 상기 외기도입공을 폐쇄가능한 형상을 가지는 동시에 상기 외각과 상기 내측주머니의 사이의 중간공간에 배치되는 뚜껑부와, 상기 외각의 외측에 배치되는 동시에 상기 밸브부재가 상기 외각의 내측으로 들어가는 것을 방지하는 계지부를 구비하고,
상기 밸브부재 장착 공정에서는, 상기 외각의 외측으로부터 상기 외기도입공에 상기 뚜껑부를 밀어넣어 삽입시킴으로써 상기 밸브부재를 상기 외각에 장착하는, 적층박리용기의 제조 방법. - 내용물을 수용하는 수용부와, 상기 수용부로부터 상기 내용물을 토출하는 입구부를 구비하고 또한 외각과 내측주머니를 가지는 용기본체를 갖추는 적층박리용기의 에어 리크 검사 방법으로서,
상기 외각은 상기 외각과 상기 내측주머니의 사이의 중간공간과 상기 용기본체의 외부공간을 연통하는 외기도입공을 구비하고,
상기 입구부와 상기 외기도입공의 한쪽으로부터 에어를 주입했을 때에 상기 입구부와 상기 외기도입공의 다른 한쪽으로부터 누출된 에어의 유량을 측정하는 에어 리크 검사 공정을 갖추는, 적층박리용기의 에어 리크 검사 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 에어는 상기 입구부로부터 주입되고 상기 외기도입공으로부터 누출된 에어의 유량이 측정되는 적층박리용기의 에어 리크 검사 방법. - 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,
상기 에어의 주입 압력은 0.12MPa 이상인, 적층박리용기의 에어 리크 검사 방법. - 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,
상기 에어 리크 검사 공정은, 상기 외기도입공을 폐쇄가능한 형상을 가지는 동시에 상기 중간공간에 배치되는 뚜껑부가 상기 외각으로부터 떨어지는 방향의 힘을 밸브부재에 가하면서 실시하는, 적층박리용기의 에어 리크 검사 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 에어 리크 검사 공정은 상기 뚜껑부가 상기 외각으로부터 떨어지는 방향의 힘을 상기 밸브부재에 가하면서 실시하는, 적층박리용기의 에어 리크 검사 방법. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 밸브부재는 상기 외기도입공 내에 배치되는 축부와, 상기 뚜껑부와, 상기 축부의 상기 외부공간 측에 설치되는 동시에 상기 밸브부재가 상기 외각의 내측으로 들어가는 것을 방지하는 계지부를 구비하고, 또한 상기 뚜껑부를 상기 외각에 억누르는 방향의 부세력이 상기 뚜껑부에 상시 가해지도록 상기 외각에 장착되는, 적층박리용기의 에어 리크 검사 방법.
