Claims (2)
- 크랭크 축에 부착되는 통모양부를 갖는 비틀림 진동 댐퍼와,
하우징에서의 상기 크랭크축이 삽통되는 축 구멍의 내주면과 상기 통모양부의 외주면과의 사이의 환상 간극을 밀봉하는 오일 실을 갖춘 밀봉구조에 있어서,
상기 오일 실은,
원통부와, 이 원통부에서의 밀봉 대상 유체 측과는 반대 측의 끝 부분에 설치되는 내향 플랜지부를 갖는 보강환과,
이 보강환에 일체적으로 설치되는 탄성체제의 실 본체를 갖춤과 더불어,
상기 보강환은, 상기 내향 플랜지부에서의 밀봉 대상 유체 측과는 반대 측의 끝 면의 일부가 노출되도록 구성되어 있고,
상기 실 본체는,
상기 내향 플랜지부의 선단 부근으로부터 밀봉 대상 유체 측으로 향해 신장하고, 상기 통모양부의 외주면에 대해 접동 자재로 설치되는 오일 립과,
상기 내향 플랜지부의 선단 부근으로부터 밀봉 대상 유체 측과는 반대 측으로 향해 신장하고, 상기 통모양부의 외주면에 대해 접동 자재로 설치되는 더스트 립과,
상기 내향 플랜지부의 선단 부근으로부터 지름 방향 안쪽이면서도 상기 더스트 립보다도 밀봉 대상 유체 측과는 반대 측으로 향해, 상기 통모양부의 외주면에 미치지 않는 위치까지 신장하는 사이드 립을 갖춤과 더불어,
상기 통모양부는, 상기 더스트 립이 접동하는 소경부와, 이 소경부보다도 밀봉 대상 유체 측과는 반대 측의 대경부를 갖추고 있으며,
대경부의 외주면에는, 밀봉 대상 유체 측과는 반대 측으로 향해 축경하는 테이퍼면이 형성되어 있고, 이 테이퍼면과, 상기 사이드 립의 내주면과의 사이에 환상 간극이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사이드 립의 내주면은 상기 대경부에 형성된 상기 테이퍼면의 테이퍼 각도와 테이퍼 각도가 동일한 테이퍼면으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉구조.
