Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）合成ゴム・合成樹脂等の弾性体または金属あるい
    はこれらを併用して形成した内輪環及び外輪環を備え、
    該内輪環と外輪環とを組合せて相対周速で相互に回転す
    る二部材間に配設し該二部材の内部と外部とを密封する
    組合せ密封装置において；前記密封装置は互いの部軒で
    環空洞を構成できる形状を備え、内側に径方向部をもち
    外周部材に固定される外輪環は、相対する外側に径方向
    部をもち内周部材に固定される内輪環の該径方向部に接
    近するラビリンス部と内輪環の軸方向部へ外部側に向い
    て接触する主シールリップ及び該主シールリップの内側
    に位置し内輪環の軸方向部へ内部側に向いて接触する副
    シールリップとで構成され、内輪環はその径方向先端部
    が外輪環の軸方向部に近接することを特徴とする組合せ
    密封装置。
  2. （２）前記主シールリップはフレックス部が薄くシール
    リップ接触点直上近傍へ径方向に突出して肉厚となるリ
    ップヘッドが位置することを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の組合せ密封装置。
  3. （３）前記副シールリップはリップ接触点がシールリッ
    プの変曲部内面直下近傍に配置されたことを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の組合せ密封装置。
  4. （４）　　前記ラビリンス部は軸方向に対し直角になら
    ない範囲で角度をもって突出し内輪環の径方向部と接近
    することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の組合せ密封装置。
  5. （５）前記外輪環のラビリンス部が近接する内輪環の径
    方向部は該ラビリンス部に向って折曲した形状であるこ
    とを特徴とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第
    ４項記載の組合せ密封装置。
  6. （６）内輪環と外輪環とを組合せた状態で内輪環の径方
    向周縁部より外方に位置する外輪環軸方向部の内周面に
    該径方向周縁部より僅かに小径となる範囲まで突出する
    弾性突起環を設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項ないし第５項記載の組合せ密封装置。
