Description
도 2는 일 실시예가 적용될 수 있는 유기발광표시장치의 화소영역 회로 및 화소영역의 특성치를 측정하는 주변 회로의 예시도이다.

Claims (10)
- 복수의 화소영역이 정의되고 각 화소영역으로 기저전압을 공급하는 기저전압라인 및 각 화소영역의 특성치를 센싱하는 센싱라인이 배치되고 상기 기저전압라인 및 상기 센싱라인은 용량성으로 커플링되는 패널;
스위치모드전원장치로부터 공급되는 구동전압을 상기 패널로 전달하는 제1라인;
상기 기저전압라인과 연결되는 제2라인;
제1레벨전압이 공급되는 제3라인;
상기 제1레벨전압 및 제2레벨전압 중 하나의 전압을 상기 제2라인으로 선택적으로 출력하는 스위칭회로;
일측은 상기 제1라인과 연결되고 타측은 상기 제3라인과 연결되는 제1캐패시터; 및
일측은 상기 제2라인과 연결되고 타측은 상기 제3라인과 연결되는 제2캐패시터
를 포함하는 표시장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스위칭회로가 상기 제2라인으로 상기 제2레벨전압을 출력할 때,
상기 센싱라인을 통해 각 화소영역의 특성치가 센싱되는 표시장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
스위치모드전원장치로부터 공급되는 상기 제2레벨전압을 상기 제2라인으로 전달하는 제4라인; 및
일측은 상기 제4라인과 연결되고 타측은 상기 제3라인과 연결되는 제3캐패시터를 더 포함하고,
상기 스위칭회로는 상기 제3라인 및 상기 제4라인 중 하나의 라인을 상기 제2라인으로 선택적으로 연결시키는 표시장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
일정 면적 이상을 가지는 그라운드패턴과 연결되는 제5라인을 더 포함하고,
상기 제3라인은 상기 그라운드패턴과 연결되고 상기 제5라인과 분리되어 배치되는 표시장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 그라운드패턴과 상기 제5라인 사이에 비드(bead)가 배치되거나,
상기 그라운드패턴과 상기 제3라인 사이에 비드가 배치되는 표시장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
서로 이격되어 배치되는 제1인쇄회로보드 및 제2인쇄회로보드를 더 포함하고,
상기 제1라인, 상기 제2라인 및 상기 제3라인은 상기 제1인쇄회로보드 및 상기 제2인쇄회로보드에 걸쳐 배치되고,
상기 제1인쇄회로보드에 상기 제1캐패시터 및 상기 제2캐패시터가 위치하고,
상기 제2인쇄회로보드에는 상기 제1라인과 상기 제3라인에 연결되는 제4캐패시터 및 상기 제2라인과 상기 제3라인에 연결되는 제5캐패시터가 위치하는 표시장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
일정 면적 이상을 가지는 그라운드패턴과 연결되는 제5라인을 더 포함하고,
상기 제3라인은 상기 그라운드패턴과 연결되며,
상기 제2인쇄회로보드에서 상기 제3라인과 상기 제5라인은 분리되어 배치되는 표시장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
데이터구동부로 로직전압을 공급하는 제6라인이 상기 제2인쇄회로보드에 더 배치되고,
일측은 상기 제5라인과 연결되고 타측은 상기 제6라인과 연결되는 제6캐패시터가 상기 제2인쇄회로보드에 더 배치되는 표시장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 패널에 위치하는 복수의 게이트라인으로 스캔신호를 공급하는 게이트구동부를 포함하고,
상기 스캔신호에 포함된 펄스에 따라 상기 제6라인에 스위칭노이즈가 발생하는 표시장치. - 복수의 화소영역이 정의되고 각 화소영역으로 기저전압을 공급하는 기저전압라인 및 각 화소영역의 특성치를 센싱하는 센싱라인이 배치되고 상기 기저전압라인 및 상기 센싱라인은 용량성으로 커플링되는 패널로 구동전압 및 상기 기저전압을 공급하는 인쇄회로보드에 있어서,
스위치모드전원장치로부터 공급되는 상기 구동전압을 상기 패널로 전달하는 제1라인;
상기 기저전압라인과 연결되는 제2라인;
제1레벨전압이 공급되는 제3라인;
상기 제1레벨전압 및 제2레벨전압 중 하나의 전압을 상기 제2라인으로 선택적으로 출력하는 스위칭회로;
일측은 상기 제1라인과 연결되고 타측은 상기 제3라인과 연결되는 제1캐패시터; 및
일측은 상기 제2라인과 연결되고 타측은 상기 제3라인과 연결되는 제2캐패시터
를 포함하는 인쇄회로보드.
