Claims (12)
- 입구에서 출구로 내용물이 통과하는 유로가 형성되는 하우징과, 상기 하우징에 구비되어 용기의 내용물을 추출하여 충진 또는 토출시키는 펌핑부와, 상기 유로에 구비되고, 상기 펌핑부의 작동에 연동되어 상기 유로를 선택적으로 차폐시키는 밸브부 및 상기 유로에 구비되어 도립상태에서 상기 펌핑부의 작동에 연동되어 상기 용기의 내용물을 추출하는 도립추출부를 포함하고,
상기 펌핑부는 상기 하우징에 일정공간을 형성하고, 상기 용기의 내용물이 유입되고, 내부에 충진된 내용물을 토출시키는 펌프입출구가 형성되는 펌프하우징과, 상기 펌프하우징에 슬라이드 이동 가능하게 구비되는 플런저 및 상기 하우징에 회동 가능하게 구비되고, 복원부재에 의해 상기 하우징으로부터 탄성 지지되며, 상기 플런저를 슬라이드 이동시키는 트리거를 포함하며,
상기 플런저에는 구 형상의 힌지돌기부가 형성되고, 상기 트리거에는 상기 힌지돌기부가 사방으로 회동 가능하게 결속되도록 힌지홈부가 형성되고,
상기 하우징은 상기 용기의 캡에 원터치결속부에 의해 결속되며,
상기 원터치결속부는 상기 하우징의 하단부 둘레에 형성되는 결속플랜지 및 상기 결속플랜지와 억지끼움되는 텐션결속부를 포함하고,
상기 텐션결속부는 상기 캡의 내측면에 하부 방향으로 경사지게 형성되어 자체 탄성력을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징에는 스넵온 방식으로 조립되는 커버가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 커버의 분리시 상기 하우징에는 상기 밸브부가 조립되는 안착부가 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 하우징과 상기 커버는 결합부에 의해 착탈 가능하게 조립되고;
상기 결합부는 상기 하우징에 형성되는 결합돌기부;
상기 결합돌기부와 슬라이드 결합되도록 상기 커버에 형성되는 결합레일부; 및
상기 하우징과 상기 커버의 결합상태를 유지시키는 결합고정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 밸브부는 상기 유로에 결합되는 몸체;
상기 몸체에 구비되어 상기 트리거의 작동에 연동되어 상기 입구를 개폐하는 제1밸브; 및
상기 몸체에 구비되어 상기 트리거의 작동에 연동되어 상기 출구를 개폐하는 제2밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 제1밸브는 상기 하우징의 입구를 개폐하는 기밀플레이트; 및
상기 몸체로부터 상기 기밀플레이트를 탄성지지하는 탄성부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징과 상기 트리거는 힌지부에 의해 상호 결합되고;
상기 힌지부는 상기 하우징에 형성되는 힌지축; 및
상기 힌지축에 회전 가능하게 결합되도록 상기 트리거에 형성되는 힌지브라켓을 포함하며;
상기 힌지브라켓은 상기 힌지축으로부터 착탈 가능하도록 일측이 개구되고;
상기 힌지브라켓과 상기 힌지축의 결합상태는 상기 복원부재의 탄성력에 의해 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징의 출구에는 노즐이 구비되고;
상기 노즐에는 토출되는 내용물에 거품을 형성하는 사출메쉬부재가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 도립추출부는 상기 하우징에 결합되어 상기 유로와 연통되는 주관로와 도립시 내용물을 안내하는 도립관로가 형성되는 어댑터; 및
상기 도립관로를 상기 펌핑부와 연동되어 개폐하는 개폐부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 개폐부는 상기 도립관로에 구비되어 상기 도립관로를 선택적으로 개폐하는 볼부재; 및
상기 볼부재가 상기 도립관로로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 도립관로에 형성되는 이탈방지리브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무장치.
