- 제1미세다공층; 제2미세다공층; 및 제3미세다공층이 순차적으로 적층된 구조를 갖고 있고,
상기 제1미세다공층과 제3미세다공층의 모세관압은 제2미세다공층의 모세관압에 비하여 높은 연료전지용 미세다공층(micro porous layer). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1미세다공층과 제3미세다공층에서 탄소 분말의 밀도가 제2미세다공층에서의 탄소 분말의 밀도에 비하여 큰 연료전지용 미세다공층. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1미세다공층 및 제3미세다공층은 고 모세관압 특성을 갖고 있고,
상기 제2미세다공층은 저 모세관압 특성을 갖는 연료전지용 미세다공층. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1미세다공층, 제2미세다공층 및 제3미세다공층은 플루오르화 수지를 더 포함하는 연료전지용 미세다공층. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제1미세다공층의 슬러리중에서 탄소 분말과 플루오르화 수지의 함량은 제1미세다공층의 고형분 총중량 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 15 내지 50 중량부이고,
상기 제3 미세다공층의 슬러리중에서 탄소 분말과 플루오르화 수지의 함량은 제3미세다공층의 고형분 총중량 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 15 내지 50 중량부이고,
상기 제2 미세다공층의 슬러리 중에서 탄소 분말과 플루오르화 수지의 함량은 제2미세다공층의 고형분 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 5 내지 20 중량부인 연료전지용 미세다공층. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제1미세다공층 및 제3미세다공층에서의 플루오르화 수지의 함량은 제2미세다공층의 플루오르화 수지의 함량과 동일하거나 큰 범위가 되도록 선택되는 연료전지용 미세다공층. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제1미세다공층에서 플루오르화 수지의 함량은 제1미세다공층의 고형분 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 20 내지 50 중량부이고,
상기 제3미세다공층에서 플루오르화 수지의 함량은 제3미세다공층의 고형분 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 20 내지 50 중량부인 연료전지용 미세다공층. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제2미세다공층에서 플루오르화 수지의 함량은 제2미세다공층의 고형분 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 10 내지 30 중량부인 연료전지용 미세다공층. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 연료전지용 미세다공층을 포함하는 연료
전지용 기체 확산층(gas diffusion layer). - 제9항의 연료전지용 기체확산층을 포함하는 연료전지.
