Claims (10)
- 제어 가능 글레이징(8)에 있어서,
상기 제어 가능 글레이징(8)은 적어도 제 1 반사 편광판과 제 2 반사 편광판(1, 2) 및 액정-염료층(3)을 포함하고, 상기 액정-염료층(3)은 상기 제 1 반사 편광판과 상기 제 2 반사 편광판(1, 2) 사이에 배열되고, 상기 액정-염료층(3)의 액정(7) 및 이색성 염료(6)의 배향은 변경 가능하고, 상기 제 1 반사 편광판과 상기 제 2 반사 편광판(1, 2)은 λ1 내지 λ2의 파장 범위에서 전자기 복사를 위해 설치되고, 상기 액정-염료층(3)은 상기 제어 가능 글레이징(8)을 통한 전자기 복사 투과가 염료-흡수(dye-absorbance)에 의해 λ3 내지 λ4의 파장 범위 및 상기 액정-염료층(3) 내의 상기 이색성 염료(6) 및 상기 액정(7)의 배향에 의해 상기 λ1 내지 λ2의 파장 범위에서 제어되도록 선택되고,
상기 λ1 내지 λ2의 파장 범위는 750 nm 내지 2000 nm의 파장 범위 이내이고, 상기 λ3 내지 λ4의 파장 범위는 380 nm 내지 750 nm의 파장 범위 이내이고,
상기 제 1 반사 편광판과 상기 제 2 반사 편광판(1, 2)은 상기 λ1 내지 λ2 의 파장 범위에서 전자기 복사를 편광시키고,
상기 액정-염료층(3) 내의 상기 액정(7) 및 상기 이색성 염료(6)의 전체에서, 상기 액정(7)의 배향 상태 및 상기 이색성 염료(6)의 배향 상태가 두 개 이상의 전환 상태의 어느 것에 있어서도 서로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는, 제어 가능 글레이징(8). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액정-염료층(3)의 배향은 상기 λ3 내지 λ4의 파장 범위 및 상기 λ1 내지 λ2의 파장 범위에서의 투과를 동시에 제어하는, 제어 가능 글레이징(8). - 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 액정(7) 및 상기 이색성 염료(6)의 배향은 상기 액정-염료층(3)을 통해 진행하는 상기 λ1 내지 λ2의 파장 범위에서 전자기 복사의 편광 상태를 제어하는, 제어 가능 글레이징(8). - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 반사 편광판과 상기 제 2 반사 편광판(1, 2)은 선형 또는 원형 편광 선택 브래그(Bragg) 반사기들인, 제어 가능 글레이징(8). - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 반사 편광판, 또는 상기 제 2 반사 편광판, 또는 상기 제 1 반사 편광판 및 상기 제 2 반사 편광판 모두는 콜레스테릭(cholesteric) 액정 폴리머인, 제어 가능 글레이징(8). - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 액정-염료층(3) 내의 상기 이색성 염료(6)는 형광 염료인, 제어 가능 글레이징(8). - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 액정-염료층(3) 내의 상기 이색성 염료(6) 및 상기 액정(7)의 배향은 상기 제어 가능 글레이징(8)에 전기 전압을 인가함으로써 변경 가능한, 제어 가능 글레이징(8). - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 λ1 내지 λ2의 파장 범위에서 상기 제어 가능 글레이징(8)의 투과는 0% 내지 50%의 범위 이내인, 제어 가능 글레이징(8). - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 λ3 내지 λ4의 파장 범위에서 상기 제어 가능 글레이징(8)의 투과는 5% 내지 80%의 범위 이내인, 제어 가능 글레이징(8).
