Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 산(2)과 마루(3)가 길이방향으로 길게 반복형성된 금속제 지붕패널(1)로 시공된 건축물의 지붕을 보수하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 지붕패널(1)의 마루(3)에 단열재(4)를 개재시키는 과정; 포터블 롤포밍기(10)를 이용하여 지붕을 리뉴얼하는 현장에서 태양광모듈설치용 지붕패널(100)을 상기 지붕의 길이에 대응되는 길이로 제조하여 상기 지붕 위로 이송시키는 과정; 상기 태양광모듈설치용 지붕패널(100)을 상기 단열재(4)가 개재된 지붕패널(1) 위에 설치하는 과정; 상기 태양광모듈설치용 지붕패널(100)에 태양광모듈(30)을 설치하기 위한 브라켓(40)을 체결하는 과정; 및 상기 브라켓(40)에 태양광모듈(30)을 설치하는 과정;을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 포터블 롤포밍기를 이용한 태양광모듈설치용 지붕리뉴얼방법 및 지붕리뉴얼구조가 제공된다.

Claims (3)
- 산(2)과 마루(3)가 길이방향으로 길게 반복형성된 금속제 지붕패널(1)로 시공된 건축물의 지붕을 보수하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 지붕패널(1)의 마루(3)에 단열재(4)를 개재시키는 과정;
포터블 롤포밍기(10)를 이용하여 지붕을 리뉴얼하는 현장에서 태양광모듈설치용 지붕패널(100)을 상기 지붕의 길이에 대응되는 길이로 제조하여 상기 지붕 위로 이송시키는 과정;
상기 태양광모듈설치용 지붕패널(100)을 상기 단열재(4)가 개재된 지붕패널(1) 위에 설치하는 과정;
상기 태양광모듈설치용 지붕패널(100)에 태양광모듈(30)을 설치하기 위한 브라켓(40)을 체결하는 과정; 및
상기 브라켓(40)에 태양광모듈(30)을 설치하는 과정;을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 포터블 롤포밍기를 이용한 태양광모듈설치용 지붕리뉴얼방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 태양광모듈설치용 지붕패널(100)은,
상면에 길이방향을 따라 오목홈(114)이 형성된 체결돌조(112)가 폭방향 일단부에 형성되고, 이웃되는 태양광모듈설치용 지붕패널(100)의 상기 체결돌조(112)에 탄성적으로 끼워지는 탄성클립(122)이 폭방향 타단부에 형성된 패널본체(110); 및
상기 오목홈(114)에 삽입되는 체결레일(130);을 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 탄성클립(122)에는 상기 체결레일(130)에 삽입되며, 상기 브라켓(40)이 체결되는 브라켓체결홈(124)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 포터블 롤포밍기를 이용한 태양광모듈설치용 지붕리뉴얼방법.
